    Abstract: A UE may multiplex first UCI of a first priority with second UCI of a second priority. The first UCI may include at least one of a first modulation order or a first number of MIMO layers, and the second UCI may include at least one of a second modulation order or a second number of MIMO layers. The first modulation order of the first UCI may be greater than or equal to the second modulation order of the second UCI, and the first number of MIMO layers of the first UCI may be greater than or equal to the second number of MIMO layers of the second UCI. The UE may transmit, to a base station, an UL transmission including the first UCI of the first priority multiplexed with the second UCI of the second priority, where the second priority corresponds to a higher priority than the first priority.

A user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration from a network entity for multiplexing a reference signal with a data signal in time and in frequency or for multiplexing the reference signal in a Doppler domain. The UE may receive an assignment of multiple time-frequency resources from the network entity for transmission of the reference signal. The UE may multiplex the reference signal across the assigned time-frequency resources in accordance with the received configuration.     Abstract: Some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide generation of a set of orthogonal sequences for transmission of a signal including a payload using an orthogonal base sequence in a time domain. In one example, the orthogonal base sequence in the time domain may be a pi over 2 (pi/2) binary phase shift keying (BPSK) sequence in the time domain, such as prior to transform precoding for transmission. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein provide for the set of orthogonal sequences to be generated such that the set of orthogonal sequences are orthogonal within a symbol (e.g., an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing symbol) by applying an intra-symbol orthogonal cover code (OCC). Applying the intra-symbol OCC provides intra-symbol orthogonality. Thus, a peak to average power ratio of a user equipment is reduced for uplink transmissions and intra-symbol orthogonality is preserved.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a base station may use a downlink control information (DCI) message to indicate timing resources to a user equipment (UE) for multiple downlink data repetitions in a slot. In a first implementation, the base station may indicate an explicit time domain resource allocation (TDRA) for one repetition in the TDRA field of the DCI, and the UE may determine implicit TDRAs for the other repetitions based on the explicit TDRA. In a second implementation, the base station may indicate a total TDRA for the full set of repetitions in the TDRA field, and the UE may divide the total TDRA into individual TDRAs for the repetitions. The UE may receive the downlink data repetitions based on determining the TDRAs and may transmit a feedback message in response based on a hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) codebook.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a first user equipment (UE) may operate in accordance with a multi-user (MU) multiple input-multiple output (MIMO) communication mode and may communicate with multiple other UEs over a same physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) resource. In some implementations, the first UE may transmit an indication of an MU-unicast mode for multiple sidelink transmissions to the multiple other UEs and may transmit the multiple sidelink transmissions to the multiple other UEs over the same PSSCH resource. In such implementations, the multiple other UEs may select physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) resources to transmit feedback associated with the multiple sidelink transmissions in accordance with a PSFCH resource selection procedure associated with the MU-unicast mode. In accordance with the PSFCH resource selection procedure, the multiple other UEs may each select different PSFCH resources for their respective feedback transmissions.
