Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mechanism for locking the release of a lid during recording of a medium. SOLUTION: A disk recorder is provided with a disk mounting part (not shown) for mounting a recordable disk in a freely mountable and removable way, an imaging apparatus main body (not shown) having an optical pickup device (not shown) for recording an information signal on a disk, a disk lid (not shown) attached to the main body in a freely tunable way, an ejection preparation button (not shown) and a slide knob 22 for releasing the lid, and a slide lock mechanism 218 for holding the lid with respect to the main body at a closed position. A locking bar mechanism 219 is provided which causes the slide lock mechanism 218 to continuously hold the lid until the optical pickup device finishes recording the information signal on the disk and prevents the release of holding of the lid with the slide lock mechanism 218 due to an operation of the slide knob 22. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide waterproof electronic equipment having excellent waterproof (drip-proof) performance by liquid-tightly sealing the opening of the main body of the electronic equipment, with a buckle. SOLUTION: The waterproof electronic equipment comprises: a disk lid body 13 capable of opening or closing the opening 17 of an imaging device main body 2; the buckle 12 by which the disk lid body 13 can be freely attachably and detachably fastened and fixed to the imaging device main body 2; a sealing member 24 disposed at least on either of the buckle 12 or the imaging device main body 2 and used to liquid-tightly seal a gap between the buckle 12 and the imaging device main body 2. When the disk lid body 13 is fastened and fixed with the buckle 12, at least a part of the section covered with the buckle 12 is liquid-tightly sealed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the operation of electronic equipment and the operation of an accessory when an electronic equipment side connector and an accessory side connector are attached or detached. SOLUTION: When the accessory side connector is rotated in a second direction in disconnecting the electronic equipment side connector and the accessory side connector from each other, identification signal contacts ID1' and ID2' of an accessory side contact 2004 are separated and disconnected from identification signal contacts ID1 and ID2 the earliest of all the electronic equipment side contacts 1004. Since the detection of an identification signal is stopped, the electronic equipment 100 determines that the accessory is not attached, and stops the supply of power to the accessory 200 and the transmission/reception of signals to/from the accessory 200. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent crash of an HDD unit by preventing electronic equipment from being detached from a cradle while the HDD unit is working when the electronic equipment having a built-in recording/reproducing means such as the HDD unit is placed on the cradle. SOLUTION: It is detected that the HDD unit 19 is electrically working in a state that the portable electronic device 1 having the built-in HDD unit 19 is attached on the cradle 2, and the cradle 2 and the electronic device 1 are locked via an engaging means 26, thereby preventing the electronic device 1 from being detached from the cradle 2. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain electronic equipment which responds to both of the impact and vibrations of portable electronic equipment with a built-in recording medium drive unit such as an HDD and an impact relaxation method of the electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The vibration-resistant and impact-resistant electronic equipment is obtained by holding an HDD unit 19 in the electronic equipment 1 via a buffering member 38 and making it into a rigid state to a cabinet 37 via lock means 40, 45 in the case of imparting vibrations when recording/reproduction, releasing the lock means by driving a lock driving means 26 when a sharp impact is provided such as in the case that the electronic equipment is dropped, vibrating and attenuating the HDD unit 19 only on the buffering member 38. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera which effectively dissipates the heat of a circuit board rising in temperature according as it operates. SOLUTION: When the power source of the camera 100 is turned on, a 1st circuit board 14 operates to rise in temperature and its heat is conducted to a bottom wall 1044 of a case 1032. The heat conducted to the bottom wall 1044 is dissipated from the bottom wall 1044 through the space formed between the bottom wall 1044 and a camera head 20, i.e. by the air. Consequently, air in contact with the bottom wall 1044 is circulated by convection to move up and other air which is not heated moves to nearby the bottom wall 1044 to dissipate the heat of the bottom wall 1044, i.e. the heat in the case. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera apparatus and electronic equipment in which a member covering respective parts of a casing is disposed in appropriate design while improving user friendliness in practical use. SOLUTION: The present invention is applied to electronic equipment such as a camera apparatus constituted of a casing that houses an imaging part therein. The casing includes: a memory card housing part 310 for housing inside the casing a memory card inserted from a slot; a lock mechanism that locks a memory card 400 housed at a specified first position within the memory card housing part and extrudes an unlocked memory card to a second position; and a slot cover 320 which is turned around a predetermined supporting point to be opened and closed and covers the slot. On a rear side of the slot cover 320, a projection 321 is provided. By providing the projection 321, when turning to close the slot cover 320, the slot cover is not brought into contact with the memory card housed at the first position within the memory card housing part but is brought into contact with an edge of the memory card at the second position within the memory card housing part 320. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability at the time of assembling by constituting a water-proofing sealing member integrally with a case and a lid. SOLUTION: A waterproof electronic device of the present invention is constituted by being equipped with; a cylindrical center frame body 10; and a lens-side outer case body 11 and a disk cover 13 which cover openings of the both sides of the center frame body 10 to be openable and closable. The device is characterized in that a first fitting groove and a second groove are provided on end faces of the both ends of the center frame body 10 which are brought into contact with the lens side outer case body 11 and the disk cover 13 so as to enclose the openings, and a first sealing member 201 which is abutted to the lens side outside case body 11 is attached in the first fitting groove and also a second sealing member 201 which is abutted to the disk cover 13 is attached in the second fitting groove, and when the lens side outer case body 11 or the disk cover 13 is closed, they compress the first sealing member 201 or the second sealing member 202, and the inside of the lens side outer case body 11 or the inside of the disk cover 13 becomes watertight. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and the battery extraction method of the electronic apparatus wherein pulling-out of a battery is simply enabled from a small area opening when the electronic apparatus is discarded. SOLUTION: The battery 24 is arranged by interposing a beltlike flexible connecting member 25 like a flexible printed circuit board to a main substrate 58. The battery is bonded to a lid 22 for closing the opening 21. When the battery 24 is discarded, the lid 22 is opened, pulling-out of the battery is performed outside casings 20, 43, and the beltlike flexible connecting member 25 is pulled and cut, so that the battery 24 is separated from the main substrate 58.
