Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording and reproducing device and a recording and reproducing method by which both of the track name and the next are recorded by automatically copying the track name or the text to the text or the track name as to an optical disk where only either of the track name or the text of audio data is recorded. SOLUTION: The recording and reproducing device is provided with a microcomputer 13 that discriminates whether a track name of audio data or a text is recorded and generates one on the basis of the other when one of them is recorded, a memory control circuit 10, and a RAM 11 and records the generated track name or text onto an optical disk 20. Thus, the track name or the text is automatically generated to an optical disk to which the text or the track name is not recorded so as to save the trouble of data entry.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing device, which is capable of recording additional information without hindering information data from being recorded and a recording/reproducing method. SOLUTION: This recording/reproducing device which records or reproduces the information data into an optical disk 20, in which the information data are recordably formatted, by an optical pick up 17 and a magnetic head is provided with a RAM 11, which is capable of storing the information data and its additional information into respectively independent storing regions, a memory control circuit 10, which stores additional information into the RAM 11 even during the recording of the information data into the optical disk 20, and records the additional information into the optical disk 20 during the non- recording of the information data into the optical disk 20, and a microcomputer 13. Consequently, the additional information is recorded into the optical disk 20 without hindering the information data from being recorded.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and an apparatus in which an economical burden is reduced by a method wherein auxiliary data is read out from a copy source disk, so as to be stored in a storage region and the auxiliary data is recorded, from the storage region, in a copy destination disk, which is loaded after the copy source disk is discharged. SOLUTION: Auxiliary data on a static image or the like which becomes an auxiliary data file which is independent of data on a piece of music or the like as a program is recorded in copy source disk 90, in addition to the data on the piece of music. As the recording region of the auxiliary data, 38 clusters are prepared inside a U-TOC, and the auxiliary data is JPEC- compressed and recorded here. When the copy source disk 90 is placed, a system controller 11 reads out the auxiliary data so as to be retained in a buffer memory RAM 13. After the copying operation of the auxiliary data is instructed, the copy source disk 90 is replaced by a new disk to be copied. Then, the system controller extracts desired data from the data in the RAM 13, and the data is recorded in a space area inside the U-TOC on the copy source disk 90, which is placed at present.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive touch sensor that detects presence or absence of an object even in a place distant from the sensor, and to provide a display device and electronic equipment having such a touch sensor. SOLUTION: The display device 1A includes: a common electrode 43 used as a driving electrode for sensor; a driving electrode for sensor 44 which forms capacitance with the common electrode 43; a detection circuit which detects presence or absence of an object; and a control part. The drive signal is line-sequentially applied to the common electrode 43, thereby capacitance formed between the common electrode 43 and the driving electrode for sensor 44 is changed depending on presence or absence of the object, and a detection signal in accordance with such a change in capacitance is obtained from the driving electrode for sensor 44. The control part 5 changes an arrival range of an electric line of force generated between the common electrode 43 and the driving electrode for sensor 44, thereby the detection circuit detects presence or absence of the object based on the detection signal obtained in accordance with the arrival range. SOLUTION: In the case of generating a difference image C, on the basis of a plurality of shadow images A obtained in different timing along a time axis, one interpolation image M corresponding to a shadow image obtained in timing different from the timing of one of those shadow images A is generated. Then, a difference image C is generated on the basis of a difference between the interpolation image M and a reflected light use image B.
