    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a plate cylinder having a high grade, being proper to the printing of intermediate number and being capable of being utilized even any times by forming a meshy recessed section having uniform depth to a printing plate, filling the recessed section with heat-fusing fillers and sticking fillers corresponding to a picture onto a sheet by a heat-generating member while holding the sheet. CONSTITUTION:The whole printing plate is coated with heat-fusing fillers 16. Wax having the comparatively narrow range of the distribution of the melting point and hardness on curing and being adjusted so that viscosity thereof is lowered on melting is used as the fillers 16. The surface of the fillers is scraped off by an edge knife, and a plain plate cylinder 6 having a smooth surface is acquired. Molten fillers are easy to absorb or draw near to the printing plate, and a sheet 17 composed of absorbent paper, etc., having excellent heat conduction is placed. The sheet is manufactured by coating a polyimide resin with porous substance and particles such as aluminum oxide, and a heat-generating member 18 is put on the sheet. The heating element of the heat-generating member 18 is controlled in accordance with the variable density of a picture, and fillers 16 in a quantity corresponding to a calorific value from the heating element is melted, and attached onto the sheet 17 and removed, thus obtaining the plate cylinder 6 having a gradation.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of the ringing component and to simplify the constitution of a control system by inhibiting the start of the supply scan of the voltage and current carried out by a drive part in a prescribed period after the output signal of a signal extracting part is set less than a specific level. CONSTITUTION:The signal component of a prescribed frequency is extracted by a signal extracting part out of the detection output signal obtained from a detection means 30 set on a position detecting plate when each position is detected. Then the relation is detected between the output of the output signal of the signal extracting part and a prescribed level. Based on this detection result, the position detection output showing a position on the plate 10 is obtained. An operating inhibiting part inhibits the start of the next voltage and current supply scan to the plate 10 after detecting that the output signal of the signal extracting part is less than a specific level and before a prescribed period passes after it is confirmed that said output signal does not exceed the specific level. Thus the generation of the ringing component is prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the common use of an output signal producing circuit by obtaining the detection output signals corresponding to the positions of plural slender conductors out of a detecting means put on a position detecting plate and then obtaining the position detection output according to said output signals. CONSTITUTION:A start signal Ss and an end signal Se led out through a control signal lead-out part are supplied to output signal producing circuit parts 53-58 from drive circuit parts 31-34 for slender conductors X and Y of a position detecting plate 10. Thus a position detector obtains the position detection output of a detecting means 20 set on the plate 10. Then if a prescribed detection state is not obtained after the signal Ss is supplied to the parts 53-58, the position detecting action is through automatically at a time point when the signal Se is supplied. Thus both signals Ss and Se can be obtained from parts 31-34 set against the plate 10 without setting specially the parts 53-58. Furthermore the parts 53-58 can be used in common with each other.

A signal extracting means 5 extracts a signal component of specific frequency from the detection output and a data generating part 4 generates data corresponding to the time from the voltage supply to when the output of the signal extracting means 5 reaches a specific value. The difference between the 1st and the 2nd coordinate data which are fetched by a data fetching means 6 successively is calculated a coordinate difference detecting means 7 and one of the coordinate data is signified when the absolute value of the difference is less than the value of reference data determined according to the maximum movement distance of the voltage detecting means.
