    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a work of welding the two legs of an inner member to an inner member fixing member effectively, and to automate the work by blowing air by a nozzle and by positioning the two legs of the inner members in relation to the member having the form of cylindrical container. CONSTITUTION:An inner member such as a heater 23 is arranged in a member having the form of cylindrical container, such as a cathode sleeve 21, and air is blown by a nozzle 31 to a part of the two legs 25A, 25B of the member 23 that is protruded above the member 21. After air is blown alternately from the both sides of the legs 25A and 25B until the legs 25A, 25B approach corresponding inner member fixing members such as heater rests 27A, 27B by moving the member 23, the legs 25A, 25B of the member 23 are welded to the members 27A, 27B. A work of positioning and welding the legs 25A, 25B of the member 23 to the members 27A, 27B is automated and shortened, and the efficiency of the work can be improved.

SOLUTION: Module cases 13 have a large number of terminal opening parts, 29, 42, comprised of a inside case body 26 and an outside case body 27, secondary batteries 12 contained within the case 13, a plurality of cell control units 14 and an outer case 11 containing the case 13.     Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery which prevents the collector lead parts and electrode parts from cansing contact failures or disconnections by preventing displacement and vibration of electrode elements in the battery can and to provide a method for manufacturing the battery. SOLUTION: This gasket 14 comprises pressure parts 14a, 14b which extendi toward the direction of collecting part 10 from the position where a battery can 11 and a battery cover 13 are sealed. When the battery can 11 and the battery cover 13 are sealed by caulking while setting the gasket 14 between them, the presser part 14a is brought into contact with the side face of a presser metal tool 9, and the presser part 14b is brought into contact with the upper face of the collecting part 10 for fixing the presser metal tool 9 and the collecting part 10. Consequently, displacement and vibration of the electrode elements 7 due to vibration and impact from the outside are suppressed and contact failure and disconnection of the collecting leads 8 can be prevented. Moreover, since the electrode elements 7 are fixed simultaneously at the time of caulking, the number of manufacturing processes will not increase especially.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the quality of a camera tube, yield and soldering work efficiency by placing an air heater nozzle above the index pin of a camera tube face plate with longer side of the nozzle arranged perpendicular to the index pin side edge of a target which is formed on the face plate. CONSTITUTION:An index pin 1 is inserted into a through hole 22 which is provided in a chrome-gold coat surface 21 formed by vacuum evaporation adjacent to a target 20. Spraying position 23 of a rectangular nozzle 3c overlaps the position of the index in 1 and longer side of the rectangle is arranged to be perpendicular to the edge of the target 20. In this configuration, gas jet flows mainly in the direction shown by arrows, parallel to the edge of the target 20, namely at right angles to the longer side, with the flow toward the target extremely reduced. In consequence, flux included in solder does not splash onto an effective screen area 20a of the target 20, and contamination by flux does not occur.
