Abstract: The method involves equipping an element e.g. watch dial (11), where the element has anchoring units (7) permitting to improve the fixation of decorations (5) on the element. A mask (4) with desired thickness is formed, where the mask is filled with the decorations, and comprises an opening. The opening of the mask is placed against a place to be decorated so as to form a mold. A material is filled in the mold, and the mask is withdrawn.
