Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the work of mounting the surface material of an accordion curtain and to reduce the number of part items by providing the surface material integral with holding plates which sandwich the surface material from the direction of the plane of the material, providing a lock by which the holding plates are rotatably supported and which holds the holding plates, and providing anti-slip elements on the sides faces which abut to the surface material. CONSTITUTION: This mounting device 11 is attached to a stile 15. A surface material 13 is inserted between the stile 15 and holding plates 16a, 16b. The holding plates 16a, 16b are then rotated and engaged with a lock 19. Then the holding plates 16a, 16b are held while being pressed in contact with the stile 15, with the surface material 13 sandwiched therebetween. Further, the holding plates 16a, 16b are provided with anti-slip elements 17, 17a so that the surface material 3 is stably held. The work of mounting the surface material 3 is thereby performed easily, and the number of part items can be reduced.

PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost and simplify the assembling work. CONSTITUTION:A panel fixing rail 7 is borne on at least either of the upper end and the lower end of a panel 1 borne movably along a hanger rail so that it is capable of moving up and down, the panel fixing rail 7 can be movably controlled up and down from a controller provided to a side edge of the panel 1 through a wire 8b, and the wire 8b is guided to the panel fixing rail 8 from the controller through jambs, head and sill of the circumferential edge of the panel. A roller 20 for guiding the wire 8b to the head and sill 18 from the jambs is provided to a course of the wire 8b. A bearing 21 of the roller 20 is inserted in frame bodies 19, and slip prevention members 22 for preventing slippage from the frame bodies 19 are provided to the bearing 21.

PURPOSE:To set frames in structural frames without deforming the frames, even if there are projections like beads or heads of screws. CONSTITUTION:In a frame for a panel which is fitted on the external face of a vertical frame 10 on which a panel 12 is fixed with welding or bolts, ribs 19 are protruded at the rear face of a female frame 14 and a male frame 25 to avoid the welded part B on the superficial plate 12 fixed on the vertical frame 10 in the state fitted on the vertical frame 10 of these male and female frames 14, 25. In this way, even if there is some welded parts, frames can be fitted to the structural frames.

PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling work by reducing the number of parts for flush bolt. CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of panels 1 are rotatably connected through long hinges 2 attached extending over the whole length of their lateral side edge, and hangingly supported rotatably in a horizontal direction through runners rotatably supported in a hanger rail 4, and each panel 1 can be drawn out along the hanger rail 4 and folded into the one end of the hanger rail 4. In the partition panel formed in this way, a flush bolt shaft 10 is supported vertically movably in a hollow part 9 provided in the long hige 2. The flush bolt shaft 10 is provided with an operating knob 11, which protrudes from a guide groove 12 provided vertically on the side of the long hinge 2 outside the long hinge 2. A floor face positioned below the flush bolt shaft 10 is provided with a locking hole in a state where the panel 1 has been drawn out along the hanger rail 4.

PURPOSE:To reduce the folding in dimensions of a panel. CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of panels are rotatably connected through long hinges, and hangingly supported rotatably in a horizontal direction through a runner movably supported on a hanger rail, and the each panel can be linearly drawn into a space between wall faces 7, and folded in by folding over it near the wall face 7 on one side. In a partition panel formed in this way, the rear end of a rear end panel 1a is plunged into the wall face 7 on one side to provide a regulating frame 29 for preventing the occurrence of a gap between the wall face 7 and the rear end panel 1a. The rear end panel 1a is supported so as to be rotatable to the hanger rail 4, and the regulating frame 29 is composed of an angle-shaped fixed piece 30, a rotatable piece 31 rotatably supported on the fixed piece 30, and an energizing means 32 to energize the rotatable piece 31. The rotatable piece 31 can rotate with the rotation of the rear end panel 1a, and an attaching space for the regulating frame 29 is utilized as a space for folding in the panel.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulator supporting structure for a roll blind and the roll blind in which a manipulator can be suppressed from being dropped from a weight bar during an elevating operation of a screen through the manipulator while improving maintenance of workability in attachment/detachment to/from the weight bar.SOLUTION: By displacing a lock lever 33 from an unlock position to a lock position, the rotation of an engaging member 32 in a counter-clockwise direction, namely, the downward displacement of an engaging pawl 65 is regulated, and the state of engaging the engaging pawl 65 to a lower channel 24 is maintained. Furthermore, since a manipulator is mounted to a body 31, a downward tensile force through the manipulator is not applied directly to the lock lever 33. The external force is applied to the body 31. Therefore, a supporting structure 17 is unlikely to be detached from a weight bar 16. Moreover, through operation of the lock lever 33, the supporting structure 17 can be switched easily between a lock state and an unlock state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation tool support device of a roll blind which can prevent fall-off from a weight bar during a lifting/lowering operation of a screen through an operation tool while the number of components is suppressed; and a roll blind including the device.SOLUTION: A support member 17 is curved along an outside surface of a weight bar 16. The support member 17 has an engaging claw 31 engaged with an upper groove 23 of the weight bar 16 from above and an engaging protrusion 72 engaged with a lower groove 24 of the weight bar 16 from below. In the support member 17, a partially continuous slit 60 is penetratingly formed around a portion where the engaging protrusion 72, thereby forming a tongue piece 71. The tongue piece 71 and other portions are independent of each other to be elastically deformable in a vertical direction. An operation string is attached to the lower part of the portion other than the tongue piece 71 of the support member 17.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen elevating device of a roll blind, restraining leakage of light by reducing a gap between the end edge of a screen and a side bracket while a take-up shaft is driven in rotation by operation of an operating cord. SOLUTION: In the roll blind, a take-up shaft 3 is rotatably supported between a pair of side brackets, the screen 4 is hung down from the take-up shaft, the take-up shaft is driven in rotation based on the rotation of a pulley 17 rotated by operation of the operating cord 18, and the screen 4 is elevated by the rotation of the take-up shaft 3. The axis of rotation of the pulley 17 is located before the axis of rotation of the take-up shaft 3, and the operating cord 18 hung down from the pulley 17 is hung down in front of the screen 4 to overlap the screen in the width direction. SOLUTION: The lifting and lowering device for the shielding material is provided with first and second operation means arranged in a head box, lifting devices 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 20, 21, 31 for carrying out the lifting operation of the bottom rail by the continuous operation of the first operation means after the intermediate rail is lifted to an upper limit by the operation of the first operation means, and lowering devices 22, 23 for lowering the intermediate rail and the bottom rail by their own weights through the operation of the second operation means 34. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pleated screen into which a lifting cord is inserted in a position to deviate from a central portion of the longitudinal width of the screen, which prevents the tilting of a bottom rail during a lifting/lowering operation, and which can improve an appearance by covering the bottom rail with the screen. SOLUTION: In this pleated screen, the lifting cord 15 is inserted into the screen in the position to deviate from the central portion of the longitudinal width of the screen 12, and the bottom rail 13 is attached to a lower end of the lifting cord 15, so that the screen 12 can be lifted/lowered by performing the lifting/lowering operation by the means of the bottom rail 13. The lifting cord 15 is attached to bottom rail 13 which is formed in a vertically long cross-sectional shape; a weight 20 is mounted in the bottom rail 13; an indoor-side lateral surface of the bottom rail 13 is covered with a lower end of the screen 12; and a top surface of the bottom rail 13 is positioned above a fold-line valley V on the lowermost step of the screen 12.
