Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen lifting device for a roll blind which can prevent the occurrence of a malfunction caused by rolling-up displacement while reducing a space between a screen and a side bracket, and which can prevent exposure of a gear wheel transmitting rotation of a pulley to a winding shaft. SOLUTION: The winding shaft is rotatably supported between a pair of side brackets and the screen is hung down from the winding shaft. The pulley, around which an operating chain is wrapped rotatably supported by the side bracket, and the screen of the roll blind is moved up and down by rotation of the winding shaft based on the rotation of the pulley. A flange 12 which rotates integrally with the winding shaft is rotatably supported by the side bracket 3a on both ends of the winding shaft 4. A driven gear 11 is provided integrally to a side face of one of the flanges 12, and the pulley 16 is supported by a rotary shaft core different from a rotary shaft core of the winding shaft 4. Then a driving gear 15 which drives and rotates the driven gear 11 is provided to the pulley 16, and the driven gear 11 is covered with the flange 12 and a pulley cover 7. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the operation device of a horizontal blind capable of easily and minutely adjusting friction force of a brake device and easily releasing the operation of the brake device without needing resetting of the friction force of the brake device. SOLUTION: A brake device is provided in a grip installed on the lower end of an operation rod 8. The brake device is constituted of friction members 46, 49 sliding on a lifting cord 10 to generate friction force to the lifting cord 10, friction force adjusting means 48, 57 capable of adjusting the friction force, and brake releasing means 52, 56 for selecting either one of the states where the friction force set by the friction force adjusting means is to be generated and where the friction force is released.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar shading device capable of easily performing fine adjustment of a lower limit position of a bottom rail on an installation site without worsening a design.SOLUTION: A solar shading device comprises: a solar shading material suspended from a head box; a bottom rail arranged in a bottom edge of the solar shading material; a lifting cord suspended from the head box and supporting the bottom rail; lifting means for lifting the bottom rail by changing the lifting cord length between the head box and the bottom rail from the head box side; regulation means for regulating the lower limit position of the bottom rail; an adjusting device arranged in the bottom rail and adjusting the lower limit position of the bottom rail by changing a pull-in amount by which the lifting cord is pulled into the bottom rail following rotation of a rotary member; and a rotary operation part for rotating the rotary member. The rotary operation part is provided on a bottom surface of the bottom rail or a surface on an outdoor side, or in a place where the rotary operation part is operable through a through-hole provided in the surface.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar shading device which enables a flame-proof label to be exposed at a length making the flame-proof label visible on the outdoor side of a screen, even when the screen is supported in a hanging state in such a manner that front and back sides of the screen are counterchanged.SOLUTION: A solar shading device makes a screen supported in the state of hanging from a screen hanging device in such a manner that front and back sides thereof can be counterchanged, makes a fabric attachment member and a flame-proof label attached to a lower end of the screen, and makes a weight bar supported in a hanging state at the lower end of the screen by inserting the fabric attachment member into an attachment groove opened above the weight bar. The flame-proof label 30 is attached in such a manner as to be elongated downward from the fabric attachment member 29.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling screen for a clean room which can control the release of dust. SOLUTION: When external force is exerted on the screen 22, the sliding part 37s of a cushioning member 37 which is engaged with a cushion spring 35 slides and makes a sliding spinning motion in a guide groove 40. The cushioning member 37 is formed of a sliding grade polyacetal resin of which the friction coefficient is smaller than that of a metal, and the amount of dust generated by the contact between the cushioning member 37 and the cushion spring 35 or the guide groove 40 is small. Because of this, the release of the dust in the clean room can be prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector for cord which uses components in common and makes an assembling operation efficient.SOLUTION: There is provided a connector which connects both ends of a cord to each other to make it endless. The connector includes: a pair of connector pieces 5a, 5b engageable to both ends of the cord 2, and a cylindrical connection member 6 for connecting the connector pieces 5a, 5b to each other. The connector pieces 5a, 5b and the connection member 6 include holding means for engaging the connector pieces 5a, 5b with the connection member 6 by inserting the connector pieces 5a, 5b into both opening parts 14a of the connection member 6 in an opposing manner and rotating them in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the connection member 6. In the state where the pair of connector pieces 5a, 5b are connected to the connection member 6, an outer shape dimension of the connection member 6 in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the connection member 6 is smaller than outer shape dimensions of the connector pieces 5a, 5b in the direction orthogonal to the axial direction of the connection member 6.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manipulator supporting structure for a roll blind and the roll blind in which a manipulator can be suppressed from being dropped from a weight bar during an elevating operation of a screen through the manipulator while improving maintenance of workability in attachment/detachment to/from the weight bar.SOLUTION: By displacing a lock lever 33 from an unlock position to a lock position, the rotation of an engaging member 32 in a counter-clockwise direction, namely, the downward displacement of an engaging pawl 65 is regulated, and the state of engaging the engaging pawl 65 to a lower channel 24 is maintained. Furthermore, since a manipulator is mounted to a body 31, a downward tensile force through the manipulator is not applied directly to the lock lever 33. The external force is applied to the body 31. Therefore, a supporting structure 17 is unlikely to be detached from a weight bar 16. Moreover, through operation of the lock lever 33, the supporting structure 17 can be switched easily between a lock state and an unlock state.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a weight bar to be attached to a screen even if the screen is inverted from back to front with respect to the weight bar itself, without complicating configuration of a rolling screen.SOLUTION: When a front face 10a of a screen 10 is positioned on an indoor side, a lower side cloth press 17 is locked in an upper side groove 41 through a first locking part 46. When a rear face 10b is positioned on the indoor side, the lower side cloth press 17 is locked in the upper side groove 41 through a second locking part 47. Accordingly, a weight bar 40 is inhibited from falling down by its own weight from the screen 10. In this configuration, only one weight bar 40 is sufficient although the screen is a roll screen capable of reversing the front and back of the screen 10.
