After that, the synthesized voice information stored in the storage part 52, is outputted through the voice information input/output part 40, when the voice information is reproduced. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice message transmission sheet which allows voice information to be recorded therein and to be reproduced therefrom, and prohibits re-recording of the voice information without greatly changing appearance. SOLUTION: The voice message transmission sheet is composed in a form of a sheet, and provided with: a voice information recording/regeneration part 130 which allows the voice information to be recorded therein and to be reproduced therefrom; and two support sheets 120a, 120b for sandwiching the voice information recording/regeneration part 130 between the front and the rear side. The voice information recording/regeneration part 130 is structured in such a way that a sheet substrate 134b on which a wiring pattern 135b-2 for recording voice information is formed, is at least partly tongue-shaped, and the distal end of the tongue shape is separable from the support sheet 120b. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of joining a conductive thin film deposited on a resin layer without making a hole in the film or deforming the film by the heat caused by the ultrasonic wave even when the thickness of at least one metal foil is increased. SOLUTION: One resin substrate 1 and the other resin substrate 4 are bonded to each other through a plurality of opening parts 4 formed in one resin substrate. Thus, the resin substrates are not holed or deformed by the heat caused by the ultrasonic oscillation. Further, since a plurality of projection parts of a horn 5 and an anvil 6 are arranged in the opening parts, and even when the opening parts are deviated from the projection parts of the horn and the anvil, at least one part to be melted can be ensured.
