Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant resin composition which has excellent flame retardancy, impact resistance, heat resistance, moldability, and mold- staining resistance and has excellent transparency, when a transparent styrenic resin is applied, and to provide a molded article comprising the same. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant resin composition comprising 100 pts.wt. of a styrenic resin, 1 to 20 pts.wt. of a phosphate-based flame retardant, and 0.1 to 10 pts.wt. of a specific phosphorous compound, and the molded article comprising the same.
