Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite textured yarn composed of plural polyester filament fiber groups, having mutually different thermal shrinkage stress peak temperature, in which shrinkage factor at each thermal shrinkage stress peak temperature is a prescribed value or above, having repulsion free from core and soft swelling feeling. SOLUTION: This composite textured yarn is composed of two or more kinds of polyester filament fiber groups A and B and thermal shrinkage stress peak temperatures in carrying out heat treatment of polyester filament fiber groups A and B while raising the temperature at a low speed are mutually different and shrinkage factor at each thermal shrinkage factor peak temperature is >=15%. Furthermore, at least one birefringence Δn of polyester filament fiber groups A and B after shrinking polyester filament fiber groups A and B while raising temperature at a low rate is 50×10 to 130×10 and at least one of polyester of the fiber groups A and B is preferably a copolymer polyester containing 2-20mol% high shrinkage-imparting component.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain combined falsely twisted fused yarn having no characteristic tough feeding of fused yarn and no visual unevenness, showing tension, stiffness and a feeding of thghtness due to collecting properties as the whole yarn, having torque and crimp due to false twist processing, capable of providing woven fabric with expression such as crepe, etc. CONSTITUTION:In combined falsely twisted fused yarn comprising combined multifilament yarn in which plural kinds of filament yarns having different melting points are mutually fused in the longer direction, the characteristic of this combined falsely twisted fused yarn is that filament yarn 2 having the lowest melting point in the combined multifilament yarn is at least fused to form a fused part, the fused part amounts to 5-30% of the cross section of the combined multifilament yarn and covers >=90% of the surface area of the side of the combined multifilament yarn and the filament yarn having the lowest melting point has higher solubility than the other filament yarns. A method for producing the combined falsely twisted fused yarn is also provided.
