PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive coating supply device extremely easy in control which can supply to a coater and a coating tank, while uniformly mixing, even such coatings as an aqueous two-pack coating, in which the main ingredient cannot be easily mixed with a curing agent. SOLUTION: A coating supply device, supplying a coating prepared by mixing at least two of coating components at a predetermined ratio to a coating tank (2) attached with a coater, is provided with a measuring unit (U 1 ) formed with a measuring cylinder (3), a storage unit (U 2 ) formed with a pressure-feed cylinder (4) for pressure-feeding to the coating tank the stored coating which has pre-mixed with each coating component, and a valve unit (U 3 ) provided with a switching valve (17) for switching flowing passages. The coating components discharged from the measuring cylinder (3) are pre-mixed in an in-line pre-mixer (13) and the coating discharged from the pressure-feed cylinder (4) is uniformly diffusion-mixed in an injection/diffusion mixer (15) to supply to the coating tank (2). SOLUTION: The inside of a bell head (2) is concentrically divided to form plural coating material chambers (6A, 6B) for separately atomizing the coating materials supplied from the rear side, and the coating materials are supplied to at least one coating material chamber (6B) from plural coating material feed pipes (10B, 10C).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give high quality color or texture most suitable to the surface decoration of industrial articles such as automobiles, household electric utensils, electronic devices by the use of luminous paint such as metallic paint or pearl paint having scaly luminous material as a pigment. SOLUTION: A coated film 4 is formed such that paint particles 8 of coarsened luminous paint having the large dilution ratio of a solvent, and paint particles 9 of coarsened luminous paint having a small dilution ratio of a solvent are coated on the surface of the base material 1 of a surface decoration article in a blended state in order to develop mottled patterns of light luminous parts (X) that glitter light and dark luminous parts (Y) that is dark and shine a little; furthermore, ink patterns 5 are printed thereon in order for composite patterns to be developed in a manner being superimposed with the mottled patterns of the coated film 4.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make high voltage impression control rapid and adequate by executing bidirectional radio signal transmission and reception between an automatic controller outside the coating booth of a work electrocoating system and some generators receiving power feed from induction paths at the point of this time among the corresponding number of the high-voltage generators traveling within the coating booth. SOLUTION: This coating system executes electrostatic coating with an aq. coating material by mounting materials 2 to be coated on a slat conveyor 1 or the insulators 4a, 4b on self-traveling tracks, transporting these materials, impressing high voltages on the materials 20 to be coated from the generators 8 and using grounded coating machines. The generators 8 respectively have control systems to transmit start completion signals to the controllers when the generators begin to receive the power feed from the induction paths and to transmit and receive signals to and from the controllers while the generators receive the power feed in succession thereto. The controllers have the control systems to transmit and receive the signals to and from the controllers, respectively and discretely with respect to the generators 8 which receive the start completion signals.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, inexpensive and very easily controlled paint supplying apparatus that can uniformly mix and supply even paint ingredients that are hard to mix such as a main agent and a hardener of a water-based two-liquid mixing type paint. SOLUTION: The paint supplying apparatus comprises a measuring unit U 1 equipped with a measuring cylinder 3 to pump up a certain amount of each paint ingredient according to a mixing ratio, a storing unit U 2 equipped with a pumping cylinder 6 to pump up paint through an injection type diffusion mixer 5 to a coating machine or a paint tank after the paint is formed by premixing each paint ingredient pumped up by the measuring cylinder 3 in an impinging mixer 4 and stored, and a valve unit U 3 equipped with a switch valve 13 that switches alternately paint ingredient charging channels 11A and 11B leading to the measuring cylinder 3, and paint ingredient discharging channels 12A and 12B connecting the measuring cylinder 3 with the impinging mixer 4. SOLUTION: Since feed parts 20 in which an insulation coated conductor 22 to be a primary circuit of electromagnetic induction are formed continuously or at prescribed intervals along the longitudinal direction in an air supply chamber 2, in a coating chamber 3, an an air purifying chamber 5, an air intake duct 10 or in an exhaust duct 7, in a state in which high frequency electric current is caused to flow in the insulation covered conductor 22, pickup coils 31 connected to electric equipment 30 are arranged opposite to the feed parts 20, thereby producing induction electromotive force in the pickup coils 31 each which become a secondary circuit of electromagnetic induction. Therefore, since the electric equipment 30 is used taking the electromotive force as a power source, in the case of the inside of the coating booth 1 being cleaned, it is unnecessary that a long power code is drawn around from a receptacle installed outside the coating booth 1 to feed power.

SOLUTION: This coating system executes electrostatic coating with an aq. coating material by mounting materials 2 to be coated on a slat conveyor 1 or the insulators 4a, 4b on self-traveling tracks, transporting these materials, impressing high voltages on the materials 20 to be coated from the generators 8 and using grounded coating machines. In such a case, the automatic controllers have the control systems to radio transmit signals to the generators in which set start signals are not yet set when the control data for the generators is not set yet. The generators have the control system which set the control data in accordance with the information transmitted from the automatic controllers by operating the set program by the reception of the signals.
