Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy material which is used to various kinds of aluminum alloy structures and can join even in the form of a single layer without deforming before and after joining.SOLUTION: In the aluminum alloy material composed by mass% of 1.0-5.0% Si, 0.01-2.0% Fe and the balance Al with inevitable impurities; Si-based intermetallic compounds having 0.5-5 μm equivalent circle diameter, exist as 1.3×10-2.2×10pieces/mmand Al-based intermetallic compounds having 0.5-5 μm equivalent circle diameter, exsist as 1.3×10-3.3×10pieces/mm, in the cross-sectional plane of the aluminum alloy material. The aluminum alloy structure is produced by joining at such a temperature that the mass-ratio of a liquid-phase generated in the aluminum alloy material to the whole mass of the aluminum alloy material, becomes 5%-35% in the vacuum or the non-oxidizing atmosphere.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste for Al-Cu brazing which can satisfactorily join aluminum or an alloy thereof and copper or an alloy thereof, and is excellent in storage stability and productivity, and to provide an Al-Cu brazing method using the paste for Al-Cu brazing.SOLUTION: In a paste for Al-Cu brazing, (a) an Al-Cu-Si-Zn-based alloy, (b) Cs-Al-F compound-based flux, (c) a binder formed of a butyl rubber and/or a methacrylic resin, and (d) a hydrocarbon organic solvent are contained. The content ratio of (a) is 40 to 80 pts.mass. and the content ratio of (b) is 20 to 60 pts.mass. with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of (a) and (b). The content ratio of (c) is 0.1 to 10 pts.mass. with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of (a), (b), and (c). The viscosity at 25°C which is measured by a spiral pump type viscometer (stirring speed of 10 rpm and amount of measured sample of 150 mL) is 1 to 300 Pa s.
