Abstract: An air flow system based on the human circulatory system whereby a cushioning, cooling and circulating air flow is generated by a wearer of the shoe. The shoe includes a heart pump actuated by the wearer wherein arteries lead air throughout the shoe and veins return the air to the pump. The shoe is designed to free the foot of immobility and rigidity, to aid in development and maintenance of muscle groups required in function. The longitudinal arch that develops is formed by the wearer and is individualized for each wearer rather than being preformed in the shoe itself.

Abstract: A pull-top lid for a pressurized tennis ball container having a rubber safety shield for protecting against injury from the sharp pressing seam edge of the removed lid. The rubber gasket-like safety shield being bonded to the upper surface of the top enclosure panel and reaching beyond the pressing seam of the lid such that protection against injury is provided by the shield being extended beyond the sharp edge of the sheet metal. An alternative embodiment having an outer perimeter comprised of an arch shaped extension arm extending across the pressing seam and resting upon the circular lip of the raised rim. The lid upon being pulled off the the top panel synchonously causes the extension arm to wrap about and encapsulate the sharp edge of the pressing seam thereby preventing injury of any body parts.

Abstract: A disposable dental contra-angle comprising a plastic housing having a sleeve, a tapered neck, a head and a disposable bur. The bur being removably coupled to a driven rotating mandrel located in the head section. The rotating mandrel having an integral axis pole member extending through and outwardly from its top and bottom portions wherein the bur is maintained in a 1:1 rotational luted connection, with virtually no slippage. The sleeve section having an elongated opening for receiving a power drive from a dental handpiece. A gear ratio mechanism located in the sleeve section rather than the head section, for either increasing or decreasing the shaft speed. A gear to gear arrangement in the head section for translating rotation from the drive shaft to the bur. In addition to having a flat surface for a luted non-slippage connection within the rotating mandrel, the bur further has a plurality of semi-circular grooves for connecting with a plurality of O-ring connections disposed within the chamber of the axis pole for prevention of axial displacement of the bur from the mandrel.

Abstract: A smoke and odor purifying system which can be incorporated within a housing that can serve both as a table centerpiece and an ashtray. The system having an esthetically pleasing flower vase construction with petal shaped appendages for resting of cigarettes or the like. A floral arrangement is made up of individual artificial flowers. Each flower having an opening in the bud for drawing in smoke-filled air and passing it through the system. Also defined within the petals of the housing are a plurality of intake openings through which cigarette smoke, as well as secondary smoke from the surrounding area may be drawn downwardly through the device. An electrically or battery powered fan means, positioned below a filtration and odor-treatment system, drives the smoke through the system which includes an electrostatic prefiltering bed followed by an activated charcoal bed, an H.E.P.A. filter and finally another activated charcoal bed containing an air freshening material. Refreshed and smoke free air is returned to the surrounding atmosphere through a plurality of exhaust vents located at the bottom of the housing.

Abstract: A golf tee having a central stem supporting three fan shaped flutes which extend vertically upwards and have extremities of point shaped vertices for holding a golf ball. The vertices having minimum contact area with the ball in order to avoid unnecessary frictional interference between ball and tee. The vertices are located high above the central stem creating an open area under the ball whereby air can flow through without prematurely imparting any motion to the ball. The flutes have notched edges to enable the golfer to be able to feel how deep the tee is being inserted into the ground.

Abstract: A toothbrush which will alleviate stress through an angulated handle portion that has a series of coils located at its distal end. The distal end being connected to a mandolin shaped brush head which includes a center core material which acts to urge the bristles into a 45 degree angle of brushing. The head can be removed for cleaning or replacement by a screw shank connector. The screw shank connector includes a dominant component and an inferior component which will enable the user to be able to position the brush head at the desired working angle. The opposite end of the handle has grip which includes, a 360 degree serrated thumb rest on one end and a 360 degree hand stop at the other end.
