본 발명은 제전성, 해서성, 치즈 권형상 및 평활성이 우수한 탄성 섬유를 얻으며, 탄성 섬유와 면사를 교편 시 탄성 섬유에 풍면 흡착을 최소화시켜, 미세 탄성 섬유와 면사의 고속 편직가공을 하도록 하는 탄성 섬유용 처리제와 그 처리제를 사용하여 처리한 탄성 섬유를 제공한다. 본 발명의 처리제에는 실리콘 오일, 광물유 및 에스테르 오일로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택한 기재 성분 중 최소 1종 60∼99.99 중량부, 아미노변성 실리콘 0.01∼20 중량부 및 분자당 최소 1개의 탄화수소기 또는 옥시알킬렌기를 포함하는 인산 에스테르 0.0001∼20 중량부를 포함한다. 본 발명의 탄성 섬유는 상기 처리제 0.1∼15중량%를 부여하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 탄성 섬유, 처리제, 제전성, 해서성, 평활성, 치즈 권형상, 아미노변성 실리콘
Abstract:
It is intended to provide a treating agent for elastic fibers which can give an elastic fiber excellent in antistatic properties, fibrillation properties, cheese winding form and smoothness, lessens cotton dust adsorption in the step of cross-knitting the elastic fiber with cotton yarns and thus enables high-speed knitting of fine elastic fiber with cotton yarns; and elastic fibers having been processed with the treating agent. Namely, a treating agent for elastic fibers which comprises 60 to 99.99 parts by weight of at least one member selected from among silicone oil, mineral oils and ester oils as the base component together with from 0.01 to 20 parts by weight of an amino- denatured silicone and from 0.0001 to 20 parts by weight of a phosphoric acid ester having at least one hydrocarbyl group or oxyalkylene group per molecule. Elastic fibers characterized by having from 0.1 to 15% by weight of the above-mentioned treating agent imparted thereto.

The disclosed technology provides lubricating composition comprising: an oil of lubricating viscosity, a p-dodecyl-phenol-free detergent and an oxyalkylated hydrocarbyl phenol, wherein the oxyalkylated hydrocarbyl phenol is substituted with at least one aliphatic hydrocarbyl group of 1 to 250 carbon atoms (or 20 to 220, or 30 to 150 carbon atoms), and wherein the oxyalkylated hydrocarbyl phenol is substantially free of aromatic hydrocarbyl groups. The disclosed technology further relates to a method of lubricating a mechanical device (such as an internal combustion engine) with the lubricating composition. The disclosed technology further relates to the use of the of the lubricating composition in a passenger car internal combustion engine to improve control of at least one of the following (i) fuel economy, (ii) corrosion, (iii) cleanliness, and (iv) bore wear.

This invention relates to an organic tungsten complex prepared by providing a strongly acidic tungsten precursor having pH ≤ 2.5, and either reacting the tungsten precursor with a nitrogenous base to form a tungsten salt intermediate having a pH ranging from ≥ 5 to ≤ 8.5, and further reacting the tungsten salt intermediate with a fatty acid derivative of an alcohol, wherein the fatty acid derivative of an alcohol contains at least one free hydroxyl group; or reacting the tungsten precursor with a fatty acid derivative of an alcohol, wherein the fatty acid derivative of an alcohol contains at least one free hydroxyl group and a nitrogenous base. Further, this invention relates to lubricating compositions containing the inventive tungsten complexes.

Waterproof filling medium, used in telecommunication cables with cellular insulation of polyethylene or polypropylene, is based on a mineral oil (with or without a gelling agent such as microcrystalline wax) and includes two non-polar additives. The first is soluble and of low enough molecular weight to reduce significantly the osmotic pressure of the base, but does not diffuse into the insulation below 80°C; and the second is polymeric and of high enough molecular weight to increase the resistance to flow to obtain the required non- draining property. Filling of cells in the insulation is inhibited.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant for rolling, which is excellent in processing performance, is particularly high in processing accuracy, and suppresses the occurrence of exfoliation of the bottom part of a tooth flank of a worm wheel and enhances the appearance of the wheel in rolling of a worm; and to provide a rolling method, which uses the lubricant for rolling and exhibits high processing performance.SOLUTION: The lubricant for rolling contains a mineral oil and/or a synthetic oil as a main component, and has a friction coefficient of ≥0.2. The rolling method uses the lubricant for rolling.
