Abstract:
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verriegelungssystem (1) für plattenförmige Paneele (4.1, 4.2) mit zueinander komplementäre Hakenprofilen(5.1, 5.2),diejeweils mit einem Hakenelement (6) versehen sind, wobei die Hakenelemente (6) komplementärer Hakenprofile (5.1, 5.2) benachbarter Paneelen (4.1, 4.2) in einer Fügebewegung (f) in eine Verbindungsposition hinein eingreifend verhaken. Es ist ein einen ersten Federabschnitt (12.1) und einen ersten Fußabschnitt (13.1) aufweisendes profilartiges Sperrelement (11) vorgesehen, das in einer ersten Hinterschneidung (9.1) einesersten Hakenprofils (5.1) einlegbar ist. Dieerste Hinterschneidung (9.1) zumindest des ersten Hakenprofils (5.1) weisteine senkrecht zu den größeren Seitenflächen (2) wirksame zweite Hinterschneidung (9.2) auf, in die das Sperrelement (11) mit Erreichen der Verbindungsposition der beiden Paneelen (4.1, 4.2) mit seinem ersten Federabschnitt (12.1) automatisch aus einer Offenposition in eine Verriegelungsposition hinein verriegelt. Die zweite Hinterschneidung (9.2) weist einen Raum (14) auf, in dem oder in den hinein das Sperrelement (11) mit seinem ersten Federabschnitt (12.1) in die Offenposition hinein elastisch auslenkbar ist.

A first panel (10) with a first profile (12) and a second panel (30) a second profile (32). The panels are joined horizontally and vertically by the profiles. A separate locking element (50) is associated with the first profile which, during joining, moves from an assembly position into a locking position ensuring vertical or horizontal locking, wherein a projection (51) thereof engages in a recess (36) provided on the second profile. The first profile and/or the locking element have retarding means which, on transition from the assembly position into the locking position, retard a movement of the projection so that a deformation stress is built up in the locking element without the projection thereby resting on a surface of the second profile. The invention also concerns a set of panels with a locking element comprising a projection and a web held in a retaining groove by a retarding means.
Abstract:
A joint for connecting two adjacent flooring panels together in a substantially vertical manner includes a rotatable locking member (10) made of plastic, metal or another resilient material. The rotatable locking member is located within a groove (36) or opening of one flooring panel (12) and the second flooring panel (14) has a tongue (48) shaped to mate with the rotatable locking member. Upon installation, the rotatable member rotates and locks around the back of the tongue via a groove above the tongue. The rotatable locking member includes a resilient arm (24), which is bent away from its initial rest position upon installation, so that when the rotatable locking member locks onto the tongue, the resilient arm is bent providing a biasing force, which holds the panel securely in position.

In a set of floor panels (1, 1') provided with a locking system comprising a separate flexible tongue (30) integrated with an edge (4a, 4b) of a floor panel for connecting the edge vertically to an adjacent edge of a similar panel, it is foreseen that the flexible tongue comprises parts under pre tension and that the locking system is configured such that the locking is triggered by the adjacent edge that releases the pre tension.
