Abstract:
1. Hydropneumatischer Druckspeicher. 2.
Abstract:
In an accumulator which is provided in a pipe of an equipment so as to temporarily accumulate a pressure within a piping flow passage or absorb a pulsation of a fluid pressure generated within the pipe by a pump or the like, in order to improve a durability against repeated bending and stretching motions of a bladder (3) under a low temperature environment not more than 0 °C, and effectively prevent a cushion gas in a gas chamber from being reduced, the bladder (3) has a laminated structure, for example, constituted of a center elastic layer (321), a gas shielding layer (322) in an outer side thereof and an outer elastic layer (323) in a further outer side thereof, the center elastic layer (321), the gas shielding layer (322) and the outer elastic layer (323) are made of a polyamide resin, and the gas shielding layer (322) has a module of bending elasticity higher than that of the center elastic layer (321) and the outer elastic layer (323).
Abstract:
An accumulator (10; 100) comprising: (a) a vessel body (12) having an inner space (28, 30); (b) a deformable partition member (24) fixedly disposed in the inner space (28, 30) so as to fluid-tightly divide the inner space into a gas chamber (28) charged with a suitable pressurized gas, and a fluid chamber (30) connectable through a communicating passage (35) with a piping system for permitting flows of a working fluid through the communicating passage between the piping system and the fluid chamber in response to variations of the pressure of the working fluid, so as to minimize the variations; and (c) an opening and closing device (52; 76) disposed in the communicating passage, the opening and closing device opening the communicating passage thereby to permit the flows of the working fluid except when a rate of increase of the pressure of the working fluid is higher than a predetermined upper limit, the opening and closing device closing the communicating passage thereby to inhibit the flows of the working fluid when the rate is higher than the predetermined upper limit.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a hydropneumatic pressure accumulator, comprising a movable separating element arranged in an accumulator housing (1), which separating element separates a first working chamber, preferably a gas chamber (7), from a fluid chamber (5) as a second working chamber and is formed by means of a membrane (3) made of a flexible material, in particular an elastomer, a housing opening (15) that forms an access to the fluid chamber (5) and is located on the accumulator housing (1), the passage of which housing opening can be controlled by means of a valve arrangement that can be transferred into a release position and a closed position, wherein the valve arrangement has a valve body (29) located on a surface section of the membrane (3), wherein the valve body transfers the valve arrangement into the closed position when a valve seat (33) located on the housing opening (15) is approached, the valve arrangement having a bypass arrangement that enables a limited flow through the housing opening in the closed position, the hydropneumatic pressure accumulator being characterized in that the valve body (29) has at least one projection (37) on the surface (34) of the valve body facing the valve seat (33) in order to form the bypass arrangement, which projection forms a spacer that enables the flow relative to the valve seat (33).
