Abstract: This cutting machine has as its object the suppression of variations in the angle of the opening of a pipe being cut when the diameter of the pipe is altered, and in the thickness of a route face. This machine has a rotary drive unit (7) supported via a pipe-fixing unit (3) for fixing the pipe (2) from the inside of the pipe (2) and a shaft (4) of the unit (3), a feed unit (28) for moving the drive unit (7) axially, and a controller (25) for controlling the drive unit (7) so that it rotates concentrically with the pipe (2). An arbitrary number of machining implements (21) for cutting the end of the pipe are mounted on the drive unit (7) by a parallelogram link which moves radially parallel to the tube (2) while holding the implements (21) at a predetermined cutting angle with respect to the end of the tube. When the opening of a tube of another type with a different diameter is to be cut, a cutting implement holder (18) is moved radially across the tube (2), and the implements (21) can be moved parallel to each other.
