    Abstract: A modeling computing device for predicting relative patient hazards based on predicted patient pharmaceutical adherence is provided. The modeling computing device includes a processor configured to receive a set of adherence data associated with adherence to a pharmaceutical prescription by a patient. The processor is also configured to determine a set of predictive adherence scores and determine a variability score associated with the set of predictive adherence scores. The processor is further configured to integrate the set of predictive adherence scores and the variability score into a feature value. The processor is also configured to identify a hazard regression model and to apply the feature value to the hazard regression model to generate an integrated patient hazard model. The processor is also configured to process the integrated patient hazard model to determine a risk level associated with the patient, and transmit an alert based on the risk level.

    Abstract: In an embodiment, a medication dispensing assembly includes a housing containing a plurality of electronically activated guidance devices which are configured to guide medications from at least one medication dispenser into a plurality of containers. The housing includes a panel which closes off at least a portion of one side of the housing. The panel has a plurality of wire openings that are spaced apart from one another. A plurality of wires extend through a portion of an interior of the housing and extend through the wire openings of the panel from the interior of the housing to outside of the housing. The wires are electronically connected with electronically activated guidance devices. At least one of the wire openings includes a slot which extends to an edge of the panel.

    Abstract: The medication dispensing assembly includes a housing having an interior. A medication bottle is disposed in the interior with its cap assembly facing vertically downwardly. The cap assembly includes outer, middle, and inner pieces. The outer and inner pieces are fixed with one another, and the middle piece is fixed with the bottle. A drive unit is disposed in the interior of the housing and is configured to rotate the bottle and the middle piece of the cap assembly about a vertical axis. The three pieces of the cap assembly have respective medication openings, and rotating the bottle causes individual pills to travel first from the bottle into the inner piece, then into the middle piece, then around the vertical axis, and then outside of the cap assembly through the medication opening of the outer piece.

    Abstract: A method for streaming data pipelines includes receiving, at a first update application programming interface, a global unique identifier corresponding an entity and information associated with the entity. The method also includes determining whether the global unique identifier exists in an entity database, the entity data being configured to store information associated with one or more entities and, in response to a determination that the global unique identifier does not exist in the entity database, performing a write command to write the global unique identifier to a registry. The method also includes determining whether the write command was successful, and, in response to a determination that the write command was unsuccessful: retrieving the global unique identifier written to the registry by a second update application programming interface; and updating the entity database with information associated with the global unique identifier.
