    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic water generating and spraying device which can generate electrolytic water in a short time and spray the electrolytic water with no deterioration immediately after being generated.
    SOLUTION: In the electrolytic water generating and spraying device 1 formed by housing an electrolytic cell 5 for electrolyzing an electrolytic solution by electrodes 8 to generate electrolytic water, a manual spray pump (a spray mechanism) 3 for manually spraying the electrolytic water generated in the electrolytic cell 5, and a power source (a battery) for energizing the electrodes 8 in a container 2, a tank 4 for storing the electrolytic solution and the electrolytic cell 5 are independently provided in the container 2, the electrolytic cell 5 is disposed below the tank 4, and the tank 4 and the electrolytic cell 5 are made to communicate with each other through a communicating passage 7. At least a part of the electrolytic cell 5 of the container 2 is made to be transparent. The volume of the electrolytic cell 5 is set smaller than that of the tank 4.
