Abstract: The present invention relates a roll blind apparatus to store a blind fabric by winding the blind fabric on a winding bar, or to use the blind fabric to shade a light by unwinding the blind fabric from the winding bar, wherein the roll blind apparatus comprises: a housing arranged at the upper side of the winding bar, on which the blind fabric is wound, in parallel; an ascending operation part ascending the blind fabric by the rotation of the winding bar when an ascending string is pulled; a returning operation part returning the ascending string to an original position upwards; a descending operation part descending the blind fabric when a descending string is pulled; and a connection part transmitting the power of the ascending operation part and the descending operation part to the winding bar. According to the present invention, the ascending string is returned to the original position automatically when pulled down so that the blind fabric can be continuously ascended, the blind fabric can be suddenly descended by the weight thereof when the descending string is pulled down, and the descending speed of the blind fabric can be freely controlled through the control of the pulling force of the descending string. Therefore, according to the present invention, indoor safety accidents relating to the pulled strings can be completely prevented beforehand through a two-string use structure according to the use of a roll blind. In addition, according to the present invention, an existing chain pulley used at the side of the roll blind can be replaced, so that a distance between side parts can be minimized, hence the penetration of the light from the outside can be minimized when the roll blind is installed.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a roll blind apparatus capable of preventing sunlight from penetrating a window and capable of preventing exposure of indoor privacy.
