A releasable hold-open device for a spring-impelled, regulated door closer has a door motion follower adapted to be releasably held in a door-open position. An actuator is arranged to retain or release the follower under control of a permanent magnet that can be overcome by an electromagnet.

A rodless cylinder having a piston and an operation member slidable along the outer circumferential surface of a cylinder tube, each mounted with permanent magnets, and adapted to move the operation member along the cylinder tube by utilizing the attraction force between these permanent magnets, in which a plurality of individual magnets disposed axially to the cylinder in each of driving and driven magnet rows are arranged such that identical poles of the individual magnets are in adjacent to each other, and both of the driving and driven magnet rows are arranged such that the different poles of the individual magnets in each of the magnet rows are opposed to each other can provide a greater attraction force between the magnet rows with no changes in the size of the magnet and thereby reduce the size of the entire apparatus.

Hinge for a magnetically held door, which can be very readily detached and reversed. This hinge is based on a design where two magnetically attracting rollers, rods or cylinders are placed in parallel positions contacting each other lengthwise, one fixed, the other one resting on a shelf attached to the lower end of the first magnet or held perpendicular to said magnet so as to support the weight of the second magnet and any door attached to it.

A sliding door (10) stop mechanism, comprising: a first elongated magnet (18), disposed horizontally at a horizontal bar of a stationary frame (12) of the door; a second elongated magnet (20), attached to the door (10), horizontally, at an edge that turns towards the horizontal bar, the second magnet thereby being movable with the door; and a slam brake (14) attached to the door (10), for softening a closing operation of the door; wherein the power of the magnets pulling each other is greater than the objection power of the slam brake (14), thereby allowing the door to completely close; and wherein the magnets are located such that when the door is stopped by a frame thereof, the magnetic attraction retains the door closed; thereby a last stage of closing the door is carried out without applying force by a user thereof.

A closure sliding-assembly, comprising: upper and lower parallel rails; an upper and lower vertically shiftable pedestals, each of the pedestals having a plurality of rollers mounted thereon; two springy mechanisms, each connected to an opposite vertical bar of a chassis of the closure, each for vertically pushing one of the pedestals towards an opposite rail; and an adjustable stopper for the pedestals that carry a weight of the closure, for adjustably limiting a vertical movement of the pedestal thereof.

본 발명은 힌지에 관한 것으로, 회전개폐문에 설치하는 경첩, 도어클로저, 가네모힌지, 덮개힌지 등에 특수 구조를 갖는 영구자석을 설치하여 자석 상호 간의 인력과 척력을 이용함으로써 마찰을 최소화하고 오일을 사용하지 않아 친환경적이며, 도어가 특정 각도이하로 열리면 자동으로 일정한 각도로 개방되거나 폐쇄됨과 아울러 도어가 특정 각도이상으로 열리면 자동으로 완전히 개방되는 자석힌지에 관한 것이다. 자석힌지가 경첩에 적용되는 경우에는, 사각형 형태의 일측 중앙으로 개방부가 형성되고 개방부 외측으로 다수개의 나사홀이 형성된 고정결합부와; 상기 개방부에 끼워지도록 형성되고 일측에 다수개의 나사홀이 형성된 회전결합부와; 고정결합부 및 회전결합부의 회동중심에 일체로 형성되고 각각 관형태로 말려진 고정너클 및 회전너클과; 고정너클에 고정되고 회전너클이 회전 가능하게 결합하는 힌지축과; 고정너클과 회전너클이 접하는 면 중 한 곳에 각각 결합하는 한 쌍의 자석지지대와; 한 쌍의 자석지지대의 대응면에 각각 원형으로 일정한 깊이만큼 깎여진 자석홈과; 한 쌍의 자석홈에 각각 링형 자석을 4등분하여 이웃하는 자석끼리는 상면의 자극(N극과 S극)이 서로 다르게 배열되어 결합된 각도조절용자석과; 고정너클 상단 및 하단에 각각 압입되는 힌지축캡을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
