Abstract:
A cover for a motor vehicle roof has a first sheet of planar extent with a main area, a second sheet of planar extent, which is arranged on the main area of the first sheet and has a main area facing away from the first sheet, the main area of the second sheet being smaller than the main area of the first sheet, so that the first sheet has a region projecting beyond the second sheet, a coupling element, which is coupled to the first sheet at the projecting region and is coupled to the main area of the second sheet, in order to fix the second sheet to the first sheet.
Abstract:
A plate-like paneling element of a vehicle roof, having a support plate having a glass panel provided with a shatter protection film being a composite film arrangement. The composite film arrangement can have a first plastic film and a second plastic film which are connected to each other and at least one of which has a coating directly applied without an adhesive to the surface facing the other one of the two plastic films for absorbing and/or reflecting infrared radiation and/or UV radiation.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide an electric motor which can prevent electric noise generated from a contact between a brush and a commutator from being radiated and diffused to the outside. An electric motor comprises: an armature shaft 28; a coil 29b attached to the armature shaft 28; a commutator 30 attached to the armature shaft 28, and electrically connected to the coil 29b; a brush through which an electric current is supplied to the commutator 30; a conductive shaft bearing 35 configured to rotatably support the armature shaft 28; a yoke 26 incorporated with the shaft bearing 35, and electrically connected to a ground conductor; a conductive shaft bearing 34 arranged in a direction along a center line of the armature shaft 28, different in position from the shaft bearing 35, and configured to rotatably support the armature shaft 28; and a contact plate 51 electrically connected to the shaft bearing 34, and electrically connected to the ground conductor.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a vehicle roof having a first and a second sunshade arrangement or a first and a second cover for closing a respectively associated opening in the vehicle roof, the sunshade arrangements or the covers being arranged one behind another in the roof longitudinal direction, and it being possible for them to be displaced by at least one drive means which is guided in a manner which is resistant to compression. The drive means is guided in the region of the first sunshade arrangement or the first cover in a first guide channel of a first guide rail, and is guided in the region of the second sunshade arrangement or the second cover in a second guide channel of a second guide rail. According to the invention, a transfer component is provided which transfers the drive means from the first to the second guide channel in a manner which is free from kinks.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a roof frame component of a roof opening system of a vehicle, wherein, according to the invention, said roof frame component is made of at least one organic sheet or has at least one organic sheet.
Abstract:
Mould for producing a panel assembly comprising a panel and a gasket, which gasket is adhered to the panel, and extends along at least a portion of the periphery thereof, the mould comprising a first mould part and a second mould part that are formed such that the panel can been closed thereby forming a closed cavity the inner boundaries of which are formed by a first mould surface, a second mould surface and the periphery of the panel, and wherein the second mould part comprises a resilient lip extending along the periphery, the resilient lip being provided for being displaced by an applicator device to provide access to the closed cavity.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a wind deflector of an openable vehicle roof, with a base element that can be attached to the vehicle roof, with a raising bow that can be deployed relative to the base element, and with a flexible wind deflector element which is attached with its upper edge to the raising bow and with its lower edge to the base element, and which is held tensed between the raising bow and the base element when the raising bow is deployed, wherein it is provided according to the invention that, when the raising bow is deployed, a lateral end section of the wind deflector element is in a tensed position without attachment at its lower edge relative to the base element or a roof frame and/or without attachment at its upper edge relative to the raising bow.
Abstract:
A vehicle glazing having a pane, a light-conducting layer, a refractive layer, and a light source. The light conducting layer is configured to conduct light coupled at its end side and has decoupling means, via which a light exit of conducted light is caused at least on one of its main surfaces. The light-conducting layer is materially bonded to the pane. The refractive layer is arranged between the pane and the light-conducting layer, has a lower index of refraction than the light-conducting layer, and is simultaneously implemented as a lamination layer. The light source is arranged such that light is coupled in at least one end side of the light-conducting layer.
Abstract:
A method for producing a vehicle body member formed from a flat plastics molded part. The method may include: producing a fiber composite member, which is formed from a flat semifinished product of fibrous material; arranging the fiber composite member in a mold cavity of an injection tool, such that an upper side of the fiber composite member, is spaced apart from a limiting surface of the mold cavity via a gap; introducing a coating material into the gap, such that a coating is formed at the upper side of the fiber composite member, which side is supposed to be coated; exerting a pressure on the coating material; hardening the coating material, such that an outer skin of the motor vehicle body member is formed from the coating; and demolding the resulting flat plastics molded part, which is formed from the fiber composite member and from the outer skin.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vehicle roof, comprising a lid arrangement (12) being adjustable between a closed position, in which a roof opening (26) is closed, and an uncovering position, in which the roof opening (26) is at least partially uncovered, and comprising a first lid member (14) and a second lid member (16), which, in the closed position of the lid arrangement (12), borders on the first lid member (14) and which is provided with a lowering and/or swing-away mechanism (30), such that the first lid member (14), which is guided via sliding members (32, 34) in guideways (36) of guide rails (24), which guideways are arranged on both sides of a vertical longitudinal center plane of the vehicle, can be traversed into an open position above the second lid member (16). The guideways (36) have such a path that the front lid member (14) performs a lifting movement relative to the second lid member (16) when being traversed into the open position.
