A method for manufacturing a cosmetic composition of pack formulation comprises: a step of neutralizing polyacrylic acid with a neutralizing agent, heating agar polymer at 80-120°C and stirring the polyacrylic acid and agar; a step of cooling at 60-70°C, adding oil ingredient and mixing the cherry extract under 50°C; and a step of drying and making hydrogel, maturing at 35-45°C for two to three days and cutting to produce hydrogel mask pack.
