A dispersion of a conductive polymer and a polyanion in a non-aqueous medium further comprising a compound having an acid sensitive functional group selected from the group consisting of a ketal, an acetal, an aminal, a hemi-ketal, a hemi-acetal, a hemi-aminal, a thioacetal, an amide acetal, an orthoester, an orthoether, an enolester, an enolether, and an enolamine. The dispersion is applied on a substrate for an eelectronic device.
Abstract:
The mechanical properties of urea formaldehyde resins may be improved by incorporating therein polyvinyl alcohol. The polyvinyl alcohol may be incorporated during pre-mixing, mid mixing, and/or post mixing of the resin components. Resins prepared using polyvinyl alcohol are particularly desirable in articles requiring improved mechanical strength and water resistance, as compared to similar resins prepared without the polyvinyl alcohol such as shingles.

Provided is an adhesive composition comprising a modified polyolefin and an epoxy resin, the composition having excellent pot life, and excellent adhesion to both a metal substrate and a polyolefin resin substrate. The adhesive composition comprises a modified polyolefin (A), a glycidyl amine-type epoxy resin (B1), a glycidyl ether-type epoxy resin (B2), and an organic solvent (C); wherein the modified polyolefin (A) is (A1) or (A2) below: (A1): a crystalline acid-modified polyolefin having an acid value of 5 to 50 mg KOH/g-resin; or (A2): an acid-modified chlorinated polyolefin having an acid value of 5 to 50 mg KOH/g-resin and a chlorine content of 5 to 40 mass%.

The invention relates to a composition comprising at least one wetting and/or dispersing agent (A), at least one colorant (B), and at least one solvent (C), wherein the wetting and/or dispersing agent (A) is a diblock copolymer, the first block of said diblock copolymer consisting of one or more identical or different repeating units 1 and the second block of said diblock copolymer comprising one or more identical or different repeating units 2 and one or more identical or different repeating units 3, wherein the amine number of the diblock copolymer is in the range of from 0.1 to 48.0 mg KOH/g copolymer, and the relative weight ratio of the first block to the second block is in the range of from 90:10 to 50:50.

A protection sheet 10 is provided for application to a vehicle window plate to protect the window plate. Protection sheet 10 comprises a substrate 12 and a PSA layer 14 provided on one surface of substrate 12. Protection sheet 10 has a 30-minute peel strength (S1) of less than 0.10 N/20mm and a 48-hour peel strength (S2) of 0.05 N/20mm or greater when applied to a glass plate by a wet application method where water is provided to the surface of the glass plate and protection sheet 10 is press-bonded to the glass plate while pushing the water present between the glass plate surface and PSA layer 14 to the outside of the bonding area.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an additive for a solvent-based coating material which has high coating material product stability when added to a solvent-based coating material and whereby the resulting coating film has excellent abrasion resistance. Specifically, the present invention provides a silica composition containing silica coated with a cationic surfactant represented by a specific structure, and also provides a solvent-based coating material composition comprising the silica composition.

The present invention pertains to a resin composition which includes component (A): a membrane-forming polymer, component (B): a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer composition which includes a (meth)acrylic ester macromonomer (b1) represented by general formula (1) and another monomer (b2), and component (C): a polymer including a vinylpyrrolidone unit, a membrane-forming stock solution which includes the resin composition, a porous membrane obtained by forming with the membrane-forming stock solution, and a hollow fiber membrane, a water treatment device, an electrolyte support, and a separator which use the porous membrane. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a porous membrane which has pores with high uniformity wherein the formation of large pores with a diameter of 1 µm or higher is suppressed and which has excellent fractionation performance and high water permeability, and a hollow fiber membrane, water treatment device, electrolyte support, and separator which use the porous membrane.
