The invention relates to a lubricant which can be used as a mandrel lubricant with a content of 75 to 90 wt. % of graphite and contains 1 to 10 wt. % of a phosphate. Said lubricant can also contain 1 to 4 wt % alkali silicate, 1 to 10 wt. % bentonite, 0.5 to 1 wt. % silico-phosphate and common solid lubricants. Said lubricant is preferably used as an aqueous suspension with a solid content of 20 to 40 wt. %.

A method of manufacturing a metal can, wherein a metal material coated with an organic resin film is subjected to single- or multi-stage deep drawing to manufacture a metal can, a saturated hydrocarbon lubricant is uniformly applied to the organic resin surface of a metal material coated with organic resin, the raw material is subjected to drawing after the coating, so that high lubricating properties can be obtained at the time of drawing with a small amount of coating, only the heating of the can after the forming makes it possible to remove most of the lubricant, printability and flavor retainability can be remarkably improved while a degreasing-washing process and the succeeding drying process, which have been indispensable in the conventional method, are dispensed with, and the resources of water and energy can be saved, thus offering a distinctively improved method of manufacturing the metal can in preventing environmental pollution.

본 발명은 고온ㆍ고습도 환경하에서도 윤활성, 가공성, 내소부성 등의 윤활 성능의 저하가 발생하지 않는 내흡습성과 내식성이 우수한 소성 가공용 수계 윤활제를 제공한다. 본 발명의 해결 수단은 적어도 무수 말레산을 포함하는 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 갖는 단량체의 공중합체 또는 단독 중합체를 함유하는 수지 성분 (A)와, 무기 성분 (B)와, 고체 윤활 성분 (C)를 함유하는 소성 가공용 수계 윤활제이며, 상기 수지 성분 (A)의 무수 말레산 부분을 질소 함유 화합물로 봉쇄율 10 내지 80%의 비율로 봉쇄하고, 미봉쇄된 무수 말레산 부분의 알칼리 성분에 의한 중화도를 40 내지 100%로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 소성 가공용 수계 윤활제이다.

본 발명은 비흑색이고, 저렴하고, 입수하기 쉽고, 고체 윤활제로서의 우수한 윤활 성능을 갖는 황산칼슘을 베이스로 한 윤활 도료에 있어서, 소성 가공에서의 강재의 표면 확대나 아이어닝에 의해 박막화되어 가는 중에도 충분한 양의 유기계 윤활제와 고체 윤활제가 미시적으로도 균일한 기능을 유지하는 새로운 기술의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 고체 윤활제는, 황산칼슘 결정 표면에 지방산 칼슘염을 석출시킨 것임을 특징으로 한다.

A lubricating composition is disclosed comprising a base oil of mineral and/or synthetic origin in combination with molybdenum disulfide, zinc naphthenate and one or more metal dithiophosphates, and optionally one or more metal dithiocarbamates. A lubricating grease comprising such a composition in combination with a thickener, which may be a urea compound, a simple lithium soap or a lithium complex, is particularly suitable for lubricating constant velocity joints such as constant velocity ball joints.
