Abstract:
A collapsible structure comprising a series of elongate struts and joints connecting their ends. The struts may be rigid tubes or inflatable hoses. The joints comprise ball joints (3) which connect at least three struts and which are lockable to maintain the struts in any desired relative angular positions. To erect the structure, the struts and joints are joined to form a network, the network is suspended to form a catenary shape, the joints (3) are locked to form a rigid structure and the structure is then inverted. The structure can then be used as a support for forming a mould for a building unit.
Abstract:
Inflatable structure comprised of a flexible envelope (1q), characterized in that it comprises a rigid core (2q) flat or shaped on at least of a portion of the surface thereof. According to an alternative, this rigid core is comprised of the base of a fixing device (4q) and is partially or completely coated with a synthetic or rubber elastomeric layer (13q) by means of which it is welded to the coated tissue (1q) forming the flexible envelope of said inflatable structure. The device also applies to pneumatic boats of the type comprising floats consisting of inflatable structures having the aforesaid characteristics.
Abstract:
A bimini for a boat includes a cover mountable to the boat and an inflation system arranged in fluid communication with the bimini. The bimini is transformable between a stowed position, a retracted position, and an extended position. The bimini is transformable between the retracted position and the extended position via operation of the inflation system.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a three-folding inflatable car roof tent and a storage device thereof. The three-folding inflatable car roof tent includes a tent main body, composite slide rails, a three-folding bed frame and the a storage device; the three-folding bed frame is fixedly installed above a base frame; the tent main body is detachably fixed on the three-folding bed frame; the storage device is of a shell structure that is telescopically adjusted in size; the lower side border of the storage device is in sliding connection with the border of the base frame; and the three-folding bed frame may be stored by the sliding storage device after being folded. The three-folding inflatable car roof tent is relatively light in overall weight, firm in structure and convenient to support and store.
Abstract:
The camping assembly 2 may be in the form of a folding camper 10 and comprises a canopy 30 which effectively provides a tent canopy 30 for the folding camper 10. The folding camper 10 also comprises a framework 32 to maintain the tent canopy 30 in a raised configuration in order to provide an accommodation space within the folding camper 10 in the assembled configuration. The framework 32 includes a front frame 34 and a rear frame 36. The front frame 34 comprises three airbeams 41, 42, 43. The three airbeams include a front airbeam 41, an intermediate airbeam 42 and a rear airbeam 43. Each of the airbeams 41, 42, 43 comprises a curved or hooped inflatable airbeam. Similarly, the rear frame 36 comprises three airbeams 45, 46, 47. The three airbeams 45, 46, 47 include a front airbeam 45, an intermediate airbeam 46 and a rear airbeam 47. Each of the airbeams 45, 46, 47 comprises a curved or hooped airbeam. The present invention provides a folding camper 10 which is assembled by simultaneously inflating a single airbeam network to put the canopy 30 in tension and to make the canopy 30 taut. The folding camper 10 does not require any auxiliary tensioning system or mechanism for the canopy since this is provided intrinsically by the connection of the lower edge of the canopy around the trailer and due to the geometry of the airbeam network and, in particular, a central longitudinal airbeam.
Abstract:
An inflatable air beam annex and tent assembly is disclosed. The inflatable tent assembly comprises an inflatable annex and tent frame. The inflatable tent frame comprises one or more air beams including an annex air beam, a front air beam, an intermediate air beam, and a rear air beam. The inflatable tent frame further comprises one or more poles that are attached to the air beams configured to provide tension between the air beams to form the inflatable tent frame with the desired height. The height of the inflatable tent frame is adjustable to account for varying vehicle heights and maintain the tension between the air beams. The inflatable tent assembly further comprises one or more buckles and one or more webbings to connect the inflatable annex frame with the inflatable tent frame, and one or more clips to hold the poles to each air beam in the desired position.
Abstract:
A protective device is described having a membrane and a support device for the membrane, wherein the support device has an inflatable first support element with a flexible wall which forms a first pressure chamber. The first support element has a first connection port with a first connection opening. The support device has an inflatable second support element with a flexible wall which forms a second pressure chamber. The second support element has a second connection port with a second connection opening. A connection device for connecting the first connection port to the second connection port is provided, wherein the connection device has a first connection part for connecting to the first connection port and a second connection part for connecting to the second connection port. The protective device is characterised in that means are provided for connecting the first and second connection parts to one another in a detachable manner.
Abstract:
A swimming pool cover assembly including a frame, at least one cover, and an adjustment means. The frame including at least one inflatable portion and an interconnected three-dimensional (3D) lattice of inflatable straight tubes. The at least one cover is supported by the frame to define an exercise chamber including at least part of a swimming pool. The adjustment means reduces an oxygen content of air in the exercise chamber compared with air external the exercise chamber. The exercise chamber has elongate sidewalls.
Abstract:
