    Abstract: The invention relates to a powder paint binder composition comprising a polymer that contains endomethylene tetrahydrophthalic acid units and a crosslinker. The polymer has been obtained by preparing an unsaturated polymer in a first step, which then reacts with cyclopentadiene at a temperature between 160 DEG C and 220 DEG C in a second step. The polymer preferably contains more than 10 wt.% endomethylene tetrahydrophthalic acid units and is preferably an unsaturated polyester.

    Abstract: Provided is a dispersion composition which has a high refractive index and has a high dispersion stability, a curable composition using the same, a transparent film, a microlens, and a solid-state imaging device.
    The dispersion composition comprises:
    colourless, white or transparent metal oxide particles (A) having a primary particle diameter of 1 nm to 100 nm and a refractive index of from 1.75 to 2.70,
    a polymer compound (B) having an acid value of 120 mgKOH/g or more, which is represented by the following Formula (1), and
    a solvent (C):
