Abstract: A method determines a number of physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH) symbols and a number of PSSCH demodulation reference signal (DMRS) symbols that will occur in a timeslot that is used for scheduling. PSSCH DMRS locations in the timeslot are derived based on applying the PSSCH DMRS symbols and the PSSCH DMRS symbols to a look-up table. A number of PSSCH DMRS resource elements (REs) is calculated based on the PSSCH DMRS locations and a scheduled number of PSSCH sub-channels. This number of PSSCH DMRS REs is used to determine a transport block size (TBS) included in transmissions over a sidelink channel.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and circuitries are provided for configuring HARQ feedback for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) communication. In one example, a method includes identifying a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource in a first slot for communicating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) codebook. The method includes determining a set of SPS PDSCH receptions for which feedback is multiplexed in the HARQ codebook based on SPS PDSCH configurations for each component carrier and each slot, a UE capability for number of SPS PDSCH receptions per slot, and a prioritization protocol. The method includes selecting a codebook type based on whether a PDSCH is scheduled by way of a dynamic grant for any of the plurality of slots, constructing the HARQ codebook based on the set of SPS PDSCH receptions and the selected codebook type, and transmitting the HARQ codebook to a next generation node

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for performing multi-TRP transmissions using techniques for reducing wireless device power consumption. A wireless device may select a downlink signal buffering method for a communication slot. The downlink signal buffering method may be selected from a single antenna panel signal buffering method or a multi-antenna panel signal buffering method. One or more beams for which to perform downlink signal buffering for the communication slot may be selected based at least in part on the downlink signal buffering method selected. Downlink signals may be received from one or more cellular base stations during the communication slot using the selected one or more beams. The downlink signals received using the selected one or more beams may be buffered by the wireless device.

An example method generates SCI stage 1 and stage 2 for transmitting a transport block (TB) to a user equipment device (UE). The method includes determining the type of sidelink communication for transmitting the TB. An SCI stage 2 format is selected based on the type of sidelink communication. An SCI stage 2 payload is encoded in accordance with the selected SCI stage 2 format. The selected SCI stage 2 format value is encoded in an SCI stage 1 payload. The SCI stage 1 payload and SCI stage 2 payload are transmitted to the UE.

Abstract: A wireless device may establish communication with a network node and determine a relationship between transmission configuration indication (TCI) and bandwidth part (BWP). The wireless device may then receive an indication of one of TCI or BWP from the network node followed by determining the other of TCI or BWP based on the indication and using the relationship between the TCI and BWP. Finally, the wireless device may perform downlink communication using the indicated one of TCI or BWP and determined other TCI or BWP. The network node may be comprised in a non-terrestrial network and may specify via RRC signaling the relationship between TCI and BWP for the wireless device. The indication of the TCI or BWP may be provided by downlink control information (DCI), medium access control (MAC) control element (CE), an inactivity timer, or RRC reconfiguration commands.

In some embodiments, determining PDSCH hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) processing timing may include determining that a user equipment (UE) is configured for single downlink control information (single-DCI) multi-TRP PDSCH operation, determining a first PDSCH and a second PDSCH within a slot, wherein the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH are used in the single-DCI multi-TRP PDSCH operation, and determining a minimum HARQ-ACK processing timing for the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH using one or more symbols of the first PDSCH or one or more symbols of both the first PDSCH and the second PDSCH.
