Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method of arranging a vessel in an inspection station so that the axis of the vessel is arranged at a desired position, the vessel is stable for inspection, and the visual field of the outline of the vessel without being disturbed is secured. SOLUTION: When a vessel adapter 18 is engaged with a conveyer structure, a conveyer is operated to feed the vessel adapter to an inspection station. The vessel adapter has a horizontal top surface and a vertical axis 22, and a magnet having a center alignment axis coincident with the vertical axis of the vessel adapter is attached to the top surface. An inspection object includes a transparent bottle 20 arranged on the top part of the magnet. The bottle has a metal material in its bottom part, and the magnet is allowed to move on the metal material so that the axis of the transparent bottle is arranged to coincide with the center alignment axis of the magnet. SOLUTION: A detachable bottom plate 12 is provided on the bottom of the article holder 10 which houses an article, the bottom plate 12 is provided with an article receiving member 13 comprising a shape memory material which receives the article in a height direction, and an article receiving height can be changed by deforming the member 13. Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an incorrect cop from being supplied by connecting a bypath for holding and transport of the incorrect cop midway on a return passage for a bobbin. CONSTITUTION: A bypath 7 is formed for feeding a cop supplied from a pick finding apparatus 5 or a bobbin having residual thread which is discharged from a winding-up unit into the pick finding apparatus 5 again, and the cop is temporarily held in said bypath 7 while utilizing it as a stock apparatus, and in this time, an operator makes manual operation to set each cop in the state to be correctly subjected to pick finding in the pick finding apparatus 5, and then the cop is supplied into the pick finding apparatus. Abstract:
The invention relates, inter alia, to a device for conveying containers for a container processing facility. The device has a first, preferably continuous, container conveyor, a second, preferably continuous, container conveyor, which has multiple preferably plate-shaped carriers for transporting the containers, and a transfer station by use of which the containers can be removed from the first container conveyor and positioned on the multiple carriers of the second container conveyor. Advantageously, the device allows unstable containers to be transported securely and these containers to be buffered by use of the carriers.
Abstract:
An apparatus and a transfer process for articles are presented. The articles are transferred without risk of damage when gripped by pincer grip devices, regardless of article shape and gripping manner. The apparatus includes a first transport device, having pincer grip devices, moving along a first closed path, each having pincer claws projecting outward from the first closed path. The pincer claws are movable from a gripping position to a release position. The apparatus also includes a second transport device, having tray-like elements moving along a respective second closed path and configured to receive respective articles resting thereon. The first and second transport devices cooperate with each other at one or two exchange segments where the first closed path is superimposed on said second closed path and where the articles transported in the pincer grip devices are laid on tray-like elements and/or removed therefrom.

A guard device for transport bags in a loading station of an overhead conveyor system comprises a mounting unit to mount the guard device to a conveyor device of the overhead conveyor system, an impact plate to support a rear wall of a transport bag when being loaded with a product to be transported, and a connection unit to movably connect the impact plate to the mounting unit.

The invention proposes a loading device (10) for continuously loading receiving units (4.1-4.8) with transport goods (T), wherein the loading device (10) comprises a plurality of receiving units (4.1-4.8), a conveyor device (2), in which the receiving units (4.1-4.8) can be conveyed, a supply device (3) for supplying transport goods (T) and a transfer device (1), which is designed to acquire the transport goods (T) from the supply device (3), as well as to convey and transfer the transport goods to the receiving units (4.1-4.8), wherein the transfer device (1) and the receiving units (4.1-4.8) can be moved in the same direction during the transfer of the transport goods (T).
