PURPOSE: A synchronization method between a display device and a mobile device, the display device thereof, and the mobile device thereof. CONSTITUTION: A storing unit (302) stores each of first location information of multiple display devices. A receiving unit (304) receives second location information of a mobile device. A synchronization unit (306) performs synchronization between the mobile device and the display device which has the first location information corresponding to the second location information among the multiple display devices. The synchronization unit selects a display which has first area information corresponding to second area information among the multiple display devices. The synchronization unit performs synchronization between the mobile device and the selected display device. PURPOSE: A remote control method, a system thereof, and a remote control user interface thereof are provided to conveniently control a control terminal through various interfaces supplied to a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: If one of control methods for controlling a control terminal (120) is selected, a mobile terminal (110) displays a control image corresponding to the selected control method. If a control attribute value is set, the mobile terminal transmits a control message including the control attribute value. The control terminal receives the control message from the mobile terminal.
