Abstract:
To provide a polyalkylene glycol-based refrigerant oil for refrigerators using ammonia as a refrigerant. The present invention provides a lubricant for refrigerators using ammonia refrigerant, comprising polyethers serected from the group consisting of a polyether represented by the following general formula (1) X-ä-O-(AO)n-Hüp (wherein X is a residue of a monool or polyol from which a hydroxyl group is eliminated; (AO)n is a polyoxyalkylene group formed by copolymerization of EO and an AO having 3 or more carbon atoms; n is 2 or more; and p is a valence of X) and having 50% or more of secondary hydroxyl groups among the hydroxyl groups located at the terminal of the structure based on the total hydroxyl groups, or a polyether represented by the following general formula (2) X-ä-O-(AO )a-(AO )b-Hüp (wherein X is a residue of a monool or polyol from which a hydroxyl group is eliminated; (AO )n is a polyoxyalkylene group formed by copolymerization of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide and/or butylene oxide; AO is an oxyalkylene group having 3 or more carbon atoms; a is 2 or more; b is 1 or more; and p is a valence of X).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A lubricant composition for the plastic processing is provided to give the lubricity to the metal material in the plastic processing with a simple processing of drying after attaching with a spray. CONSTITUTION: The lubricant composition for the plastic processing is composed of the molten or dispersed synthetic resin, water soluble inorganic salt having at least more than one sort from the group made up of a sulfate, a borate and the like, and water, and includes 1 to 20% of at least one sort selected from a group made up of metal soap, wax, polytetrafluoroethylene and oil as the lubricant component.
Abstract:
Iron-based metallurgical powder compositions are produced by mixing iron-based powder with an improved binder/lubricant that comprises dibasic organic acid and one or more additional components such as solid polyethers, liquid polyethers, and acrylic resin. These novel binder/lubricants impart one or more enhanced green properties to the powder compositions and reduce the ejection force required to remove the compositions from molds and dies.
Abstract:
A low pressure die casting mold releasing agent comprising a mixture of a mold releasing base material, which is an inorganic compound, with an organic compound, at least the mold releasing base material being of powdery or granulated form. This mold releasing agent allows production of castings of high quality, with good workability and without adversely affecting environmental situations.
