An outlet dust cover (10), for attachment to a back plate (12) having a wall plate (34) formed to include an aperture within which a valve (28) controlling gas flow in a pipe (30) is received is disclosed. The dust cover includes a plate (18), a valve actuator (20) located in the plate (18) and arranged to be positioned adjacent the valve (28) when the plate (18) is positioned adjacent the wall plate (34), and a vent (27) extending through the cover (10) and positioned to be in communication with the pipe (30). The valve actuator (20) assumes a first state in which the valve (28) is not actuated and a second state wherein the valve (28) is actuated.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Steckverbinder für Schlauch- und/oder Rohrleitungen, bestehend aus einem Muffenteil (2) und einem Steckerteil (4), wobei das Steckerteil (4) mit einem Steckerschaft (6) in eine Aufnahmeöffnung (8) des Muffenteils (2) einsteckbar ist, und wobei das gesteckte Steckerteil (4) gegen das Muffenteil (2) über eine Umfangsdichtung (16) abgedichtet sowie über eine Verriegelungseinrichtung (18) gegen Herausziehen arretiert ist. Innerhalb des Muffenteils (2) ist ein hohlzylindrischer, axial in dem eingesteckten Steckerschaft (6) eingreifender Steckzapfen (20) angeordnet, wobei die Umfangsdichtung (16) in einer im radial zwischen dem Steckzapfen (20) des Muffenteils (2) und dem Steckerschaft (6) liegenden Bereich gebildeten Ringkammer (22) angeordnet ist.

This disclosure relates to a releasable quick-connect fitting, comprising an insert (11) having an annular lock groove (23) and an annular release groove (24) in the outer periphery thereof, the release groove (24) having a smaller diameter than the lock groove (23). A receptacle (12) has a bore for receiving the insert and an annular bore groove (48) is formed in the bore. An annular retainer (14) is mounted in one of the lock and release grooves (23,24) and movable to the other of the grooves (23, 24). The insert (11) is movable to a lock position (Fig. 4) in the receptacle (12) wherein the lock and bore grooves (23, 48) are substantially in radial alignment and the retainer (14) extends into said lock and bore grooves (23, 48), and movable to a release position (Fig. 5) in the receptacle (12) wherein the release and bore grooves (24, 48) are substantially in radial alignment and the retainer (14) extends into the release groove (24). A stop (16) is removably connected to one of the insert (11) and receptacle (12) and engageable with the other, the stop (16) preventing movement of the insert (14) to the release position but enabling movement to the release position when removed.

The present invention relates to a connecting device (1) for media lines, consisting of a housing part (2), which is formed in two parts from a receiving part (6) for plug connection of a media line, and from a connecting part (8) for connecting the housing part (2) to a unit or an additional media line. The connecting part (8) consists of metal and is connected to the receiving part (6) which is made of plastic via a coaxial rotationally symmetrical plug connection (24) with form-fitting engagement and with a peripherally closed line progression. The connecting part (8) is inserted with an insertion projection (26) into a plug receptacle (28) of the receiving part (6), wherein the insertion projection (26) reaches with a radially outward protruding catch step (30) in a form-fitting manner behind a radial undercut surface (32) inside the plug receptacle (28).
