The present invention relates to a composition for skin external preparation, containing an extract of germinated ginseng seeds. PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition is provided to suppress oxidation due to reactive oxygen in skin by containing an extract of medicinal herb mixture is provided to ensure excellent antioxidation by suppressing oxidation due to reactive oxygen in skin, to ensure whitening effects, and to suppress pigmentation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.001-20 wt% of an extract of Asiasari radix, Cnidii rhizoma, and Armeniacae semen as an active ingredient. Asiasari radix, Cnidii rhizoma, and Armeniacae semen are mixed in a ratio of 1:1-3:1-3. The composition is used for antioxidation, free radical removal, and whitening.

PURPOSE: A biji(soybean curd residue)-derived low molecular peptide extract is provided to suppress DPPH oxidation and collagenase expression, to promote procollagen generation, and to ensure excellent antioxidation, anti-wrinkling, and antiaging effects. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains a biji(soybean curd residue)-derived low molecular peptide extract as an active ingredient. The molecular weight of the low molecular peptide is 500-3000 Da. The biji is prepared from one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of Glycine max (L.) Merr., Rhynchosia Nulubilis Loureiro, Phaseolus angularis (Willd.) W. Wight, Vigna radiata (L.) PURPOSE: A composition containing EGCG(epigallocatechin gallate) for skin whitening and a method for stabilizing EGCG are provided to improve long-term stability and to maximize the whitening effect. CONSTITUTION: A composition for skin whitening contains EGCG as an active ingredient, a natural inorganic thickener, and an anionic surfactant. The natural inorganic thickener is selected from a group consisting of magnesium silicate, magnesium aluminum silicate, sodium magnesium silicate, and bentonite. The anionic surfactant is sodium stearoyl glutamate, potassium cetyl phosphate, or a mixture thereof. A method for stabilizing EGCG comprises a step of mixing the natural inorganic thickener and the anionic surfactant with EGCG.

CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a ginseng extract comprises: a step of steaming white rice and ginseng; and a step of extracting the ginseng using water, an inorganic solvent, or a mixture solvent thereof at 10-80 deg. C for 6-24 hours. The steaming step comprises a process of exposing the ginseng with high temperature steam, or a process of dipping and heating the ginseng in water. The ginseng is selected from the group consisting of ginseng roots, ginseng fruits, ginseng flowers, ginseng seeds, ginseng leaves, and ginseng stems. CONSTITUTION: Lactobacillus plantarum APsulloc 331263(deposit number: KCCM11180P) is isolated from Camellia sinensis leaves. The lactobacillus plantarum has acid resistance at pH 2.0-4.0 for 0.5-5 hours. The lactobacillus plantarum has bile acid resistance and produces lactic acid containing 70% or less of type D lactic acid. A composition contains the Lactobacillus plantarum or a culture medium thereof.
