PURPOSE: A tray transfer apparatus is provided to prevent displacement of a semiconductor device from a handling tray in transferring by compensating torsion of a fixing tray with a tray compensating unit and closing the upper part of the handling tray with the fixing tray. CONSTITUTION: A tray transfer apparatus(100) comprises a detecting unit installed in a main frame(110) to detect a gripper plate(126) and a handling tray; a tray compensating unit(111) installed at both sides of the main frame to compensate lifting of a fixing tray; and first and second grippers(112) installed at both ends of the main frame and faced to each other to grip the fixing tray. First photo sensors(113) are installed at both sides of the main frame to detect the gripper plate, and second photo sensors(114) are mounted at both ends of the main frame to detect the handling tray. The tray compensating unit has a bolt, a plate combined by the bolt, a compression spring mounted in the lower part of the plate, and a spacer installed in the lower part of the compression spring.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kommissioniervorrichtung (1) zur Anordnung zwischen wenigstens einer automatischen Bestückungsstelle (95) und wenigstens einem Kommissionierungsarbeitsplatz (91), mit wenigstens einer entlang eines Verfahrweges (V) von dem Kommissionierungsarbeitsplatz (91) zu der Bestückungsstelle (95) hin beweglichen Behälterhalterung (3), und mit einer Rotationseinrichtung (5) zur Bewegung der wenigstens einen Behälterhalterung (3) entlang des Verfahrweges (V). Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Lagersystem (89). A storage system comprises a first grid structure of storage cells, each cell being arranged to accommodate a vertical stack of storage bins, the first grid structure having a top level (20), a first vehicle (40), arranged to move horizontally at the top level of the first grid structure, and to receive a storage bin from a storage cell at the top level of the first grid structure and to deliver the storage bin to a bin lift device (56), arranged to convey a bin between the top level (20) of the grid structure and a delivery station (66). The system further comprises a second grid structure of storage cells at a different vertical level than the first grid structure, and a second vehicle (42), arranged to move horizontally at the top level (22) of the second grid structure, and arranged to receive a storage bin from a storage cell at the top level of the second grid structure and to deliver the storage bin to the bin lift device.

A detraying system includes trays of a plurality of different widths and an unloading system for unloading cartons from the trays. The trays (20; 20'; 20") each comprise a base (22) and a pair of end walls (30) extending upward from the base. The unloading system (200; 200') comprises a plurality of fingers (202A-202I). Each of the end walls comprise a plurality of vertical slots (40) open to an upper edge of the end wall. The fingers are positioned and dimensioned to pass through the slots of the trays as the trays are delivered by the tray delivery conveyor to lift contents of the trays. The fingers are positioned so that some fingers pass through the slots of each of the different widths, but others pass only through slots of wider said widths.

Ein Träger (C) zum Transportieren wenigstens eines Behälters (B) entlang einer Förderstrecke weist eine auf eine Förderfläche der Förderstrecke stellbare Basis (3) und wenigstens ein Haltemittel (8) zum Halten des Behälters zumindest während des Transports auf, wobei der Behälter einen beim Transport untenliegenden Bereich (15,16) und einen obenliegenden Kopfbereich (K) besitzt, und das Haltemittel in dem Träger zum Angriff an dem Kopfbereich des hängend gehaltenen Behälters ausgebildet und angeordnet ist. Bei einem Verfahren zum Transportieren des Behälters mit dem Träger wird der Behälter so in den Träger eingebracht, dass er an seinem Kopfbereich abgestützt und beim Transport hängend gehalten wird.

Le dispositif de déchargement comprend un convoyeur de déchargement (31) fixe à bande sans fin apte à recevoir les objets en vrac (8) provenant dudit convoyeur embarqué (2), des moyens de positionnement (36) d'un véhicule de sorte que l'extrémité aval du convoyeur soit disposé au-dessus de l'extrémité amont du convoyeur de déchargement, et des moyens de commande comprenant une unité de contrôle (40) apte à commander simultanément les vitesses d'avancement du convoyeur embarqué et du convoyeur de déchargement de sorte que la vitesse d'avancement du convoyeur fixe soit supérieure à celle du convoyeur embarqué.
