Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing interactive screens for a wireless device. SOLUTION: The method includes receiving, from the wireless device, a download request for content. The method further includes determining whether the wireless device has an interactive screen associated with the content. If it is determined that the wireless device has the interactive screen associated with the content, the method further includes transmitting the content to the wireless device without transmitting the interactive screen. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing a widget type idle screen capable of providing a customized widget type idle screen to a sender trying to call or a receiver using a mobile telephone terminal or the like. SOLUTION: The system for providing an idle screen includes a management server 110, a database 120, and a user terminal 130. The database is managed by the management server, and stores and manages widget type idle screen contents and a dedicated application for driving the widget type idle screen contents. The user terminal includes the widget type idle screen contents downloaded from the database and the dedicated application for driving the widget type idle screen contents, thereby activating a widget type idle screen during the standby time of an outgoing call. The widget type idle screen contents are activated on the screen of the user terminal in connection with a phone number of a receiver terminal during the standby time of an outgoing call. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-time interactive directory system. SOLUTION: An interactive directory provided for a workstation having a connected video monitor and adapted for network access includes an interactive display for displaying status for individual entities, being persons and organizations. Entities are listed in the display along with status for each entity. There may be multiple fields for status, and some fields display telephone numbers, while others may provide alphanumeric display. A remote contact address is stored and associated with each directory entity, and when the directory is active, the workstation accesses status information from network information sources associated with individual directory listings. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone apparatus capable of performing a speech request notification in which the intention of a user who originates a telephone call is reflected. SOLUTION: A telephone body 20 acquires speech device information of a plurality of speech devices 50, 70, 80. The telephone body 20 receives INVITE transmitted from an extension network 110. The telephone body 20 transmits to the extension network 110 MESSAGE containing the speech device information of the plurality of speech devices 50, 70, 80. The user of the extension network 110 can select one speech device. The telephone body 20 can receive the results of the selection. When the selected speech device is present within the extension network 10, the telephone body 20 transmits speech request notification instructions to the speech device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To direct the present invention toward methods and systems for providing advanced features to a telecommunication device. SOLUTION: The systems and methods determine a hierarchical relationship of participants of a conference call and when one participant is communicating with another participant, and the parties are made aware of their hierarchical relationship relative to each other. The present invention is directed to an architecture for providing hierarchical information to conference call participants. The hierarchical information indicates the relative positions of authority of each of the participants. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a caller ID notification synchronizing with an incoming call signal regardless the scale of a device. SOLUTION: An analog line interface 101 shows and outputs an incoming call signal presence or absence information which shows whether or not the incoming call signal is received at a predetermined position on a highway. A received caller ID is output to a speech signal path connected by a system control part 103, and the incoming call signal presence or absence information is detected from on the highway by an analog extension interface 102. The caller ID is detected from the speech signal path, the incoming call signal is generated based on the detected incoming call presence or absence information, and the generated incoming call signal and the detected caller ID are sent out to an analog extension.
