    Abstract: Clock alignment circuitry may include phase detection circuitry and programmable delay circuitry to facilitate aligning a data signal with a particular state of a clock signal. For example, phase detection circuitry may be disposed at a location of interest to monitor the relative timing of the clock signal and the data signal. Based on the monitored states, the programmable delay circuitry may determine the delay to be applied to the data signal (e.g., prior to propagating through logic operations and transmission to the location of interest) such that the data signal later arrives at the location of interest at a suitable time. Effectively, a programmable delay is added to the delay encountered by the data signal during processing and transmission to the location of interest such that the total delay results in the data signal arriving at the location of interest while the clock signal is in the desired state.

    Abstract: A diffuser system for a centrifugal compressor is provided. The diffuser system includes a nozzle base plate that defines a diffuser gap, support blocks, and a drive ring rotatable relative to the support blocks. The drive ring includes cam tracks and bearing assemblies positioned proximate an outer circumference of the drive ring. The diffuser system further includes drive pins extending through the support blocks and the nozzle base plate. The first end of each drive pin includes a cam follower mounted into a cam track on the drive ring. The second end of each drive pin is coupled to a diffuser ring. Rotation of the drive ring causes axial movement of the drive pins by movement of the cam followers in the cam tracks. This results in movement of the diffuser ring to control fluid flow through the diffuser gap.

    Abstract: A smart speaker power controller may be configured to receive power conforming to one of a plurality of power modes from an input power source. The power controller may be further configured to communicate the power mode to at least one component of a processing system or at least one component of an audio system for operating the smart speaker according to the received power mode, including determining a current limit of a power converter; determining a shutdown voltage threshold and safely shutting down the smart speaker if the input voltage falls below the threshold, and/or modifying audio operation of the smart speaker in response to the power mode. The smart speaker can further include an audio power supply controller configured to monitor energy required to reproduce an audio signal and to servo a power supply voltage provided to an audio amplifier in response to this energy level.
