Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preventing smoke in a multistory building is provided to enable a user to take a time and a space for escape. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing smoke in a multistory building includes a plurality of automatic opening and closing wings(32) which are opened and closed by an automatic opening and closing device. The damper is a complex damper consisting of a plurality of manual opening and closing wings(42) which are opened and closed by the manual opening/closing device. A plurality of manual opening and closing wings of the complex damper maintain the opening state at a constant angle. A plurality of automatic opening and closing wings increase air blow amount.
