PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transport apparatus that can realize a low-cost and simple configuration, can ensure high safety, is less severe in a space restriction, and can easily realize a configuration of transporting transported objects in a plurality of different directions.SOLUTION: A transport apparatus includes a plurality of transport units 2 allowing an operating unit 3 to reciprocate using falling motions of weights. The transport unit 2 includes: a transport wire 10 provided to move along a predetermined path; a large weight 11 moving the operating unit 3 from a predetermined standby position by falling in a state of being engaged with the transport wire 10; and a small weight 12 provided on a small-weight-side path part 10b of the transport wire 10, feeding the transport wire 10 in a return direction and returning the operating unit 3 to the standby position by falling. A plural transport units 2 that hold and release the holding of the large weights 11 by holding/release mechanisms make the fallings of the plural large weights 11 be interlocked with one another, and allow the large weights 11 of the respective transport units 2 to sequentially fall.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for inspection of straight-traveling performance of a vehicle capable of analyzing and confirming a factor having an effect on vehicle deviation, while allowing a vehicle to be inspected to travel actually along a test course. SOLUTION: The system includes a measurement unit for measuring an approaching angle of the vehicle to be inspected and a vehicle deviation amount showing a deviation amount to the right and left sides of a traveling vehicle, and an inspection processing device. The measurement unit includes first to third laser transmission and reception devices, and a transmission device for transmitting measurement information measured by each laser transmission and reception device to the inspection processing device, and the inspection processing device includes an approaching angle calculation means for calculating the approaching angle, a deviation amount calculation means for calculating a deviation amount measured value, a vehicle deviation amount determination means for finally determining the vehicle deviation amount correlatively with vehicle discrimination information received from a portable terminal based on calculation results by the approaching angle calculation means and the deviation amount calculation means and on weather information received from a weather measurement unit, and an acceptance determination means for determining inspection acceptance of the vehicle deviation amount determined by the vehicle deviation amount determination means. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a painted surface inspection device of a painted object which prevents burning of the painted surface using illumination means consisting of an LED, eliminates inspection unevenness by difference in colors of the painted surface of a vehicle to raise inspection ratio, and raises radiation performance of a light source of the inspection device to prevent a failure and shorter life resulting from thermal runaway, etc., and a painted surface inspection method of the painted object using the device.SOLUTION: An inspection device of a painted surface includes an LED holding device with an LED as a light source capable of irradiating a light emission color according to hue of the painted surface on the painted surface of the painted object, inspects the painted surface of the painted object based on reflected light of light irradiated by the LED from the painted surface, in which the LED holding device is equipped with: a holding base for annularly arranging a plurality of types of LEDs with different color development by every plurality of pieces; a plurality of heat sinks arranged at predetermined intervals behind the holding base; and a vertical lever for inserting the holding base and the heat sinks to be connected and fixed.
