PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic balancing device and a method therefor using fluid.SOLUTION: The automatic balancing device is provided in a medical unit having a body, maintains the balanced state of the medical unit, and includes: a fluid container receiving fluid therein; a balance detector detecting the balance of the body in association with the fluid; and a fluid regulator associated with the balance detector and regulating the movement of the fluid received in the fluid container. The automatic balancing device and the method using fluid can move the fluid by use of pressure difference and shift the center of gravity to thereby return the body to the original balanced state even if the body including the fluid container is inclined.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of implementing ultrasonic diagnosis along a curved surface or a projecting part of an object for measurement while moving along the longitudinal direction of the object for measurement.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a band-shaped connecting part to be wound around the object for measurement, and an examination part connected to the connecting part and having a probe. The probe is characterized by movement in a direction different from the direction of winding the connecting part around the object for measurement. Since the ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus is fixed by winding the connecting part around the object for measurement and uniform ultrasonic images of the object for measurement are acquired by moving the probe in the direction different from the winding direction of the connecting part, the reliability of the ultrasonic examination can be improved.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical diagnostic apparatus and its operating method which can prevent the increase of a necessary time of an operation by a meaningless repetition in an operation usually carried out during the use of the medical diagnostic apparatus and to provide an efficient workflow to a user. SOLUTION: In the medical diagnostic apparatus and its operating method, a measurement is carried out in accordance with an already set operating environment of a diagnostic system in response to a measurement start instruction inputted from the user. Only when an instruction for changing the operating environment of the diagnostic system is inputted, the operating environment is changed. Then, the measurement is carried out in accordance with the changed operating environment of the diagnostic system. Thus, the workflow properly meeting the measurement as an original purpose of the medical diagnostic apparatus can be arranged to reduce time required for the measurement or diagnosis and frequency of operation mistakes of the user and the workflow having an excellent convenience can be provided to the user. Abstract:
A transmit/receive isolation for an ultrasound system to block a high voltage transmit signal from being propagated to a receiving unit during a transmission period of an ultrasound signal is disclosed. An ultrasound system comprises: a transmitting unit configured to form a plurality of transmit signals; an ultrasound probe configured to convert the transmit signals to a plurality of ultrasound signals, transmit the ultrasound signals to a target object, receive a plurality of echo signals reflected from the target object and form a plurality of receive signals based on the echo signals; a receiving unit; and a switching unit coupled to the transmitting unit, the ultrasound probe and the receiving unit and comprising a plurality of diode bridges each being switchable between first and second states such that the respective transmit signal is blocked from being propagated to the receiving unit when the diode bridge is in the first state and the respective receive signal is allowed to be propagated to the receiving unit when the diode bridge is in the second state.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus equipped with a pedal assembly for switching modes of caster modules.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a body, a plurality of caster modules for allowing the body to move, and a power transmitter. Each of the caster modules includes: a caster body; a caster protruding downward from the caster body; and a lever which is horizontally rotatably installed on an upper part of the caster body and allows modes of the caster modules to switch while rotating. The power transmitter which transmits an external force to the caster module to switch modes of the caster modules includes: a joint bar for joining the levers and moving horizontally by the external force being transmitted; a cam member which is provided with a cam surface on one side, to which the external force is transmitted, and which rotates; a rolling members moving along the cam surface; and an elastic member for elastically supporting the rolling member toward the cam surface.
