PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting answer to digital contents released in a plurality of servers. SOLUTION: The system has means for: inquiring a database which records network addresses of the digital contents and release periods in each of the plurality of servers by associating them with identifiers of the digital contents; accepting input of information regarding the network addresses of the digital contents browsed by a client and time when the digital contents are browsed; specifying the network addresses of the digital contents based on the information regarding the network addresses; using the release periods of the digital contents based on the specified network addresses and browsing time to specify the identifiers of the digital contents and for presenting one or more answer templates associated with the identifiers of the digital contents. SOLUTION: This information processor is provided with a first storage part for storing a first tree structure to be used for using a Web service; a request generation part for generating a request message for calling a Web service corresponding to a request node in response to the reception of access to the request node to be used for calling the Web service in the first tree structure; a request transmission part for transmitting a request message to a server device which provides the Web service; a response reception part for receiving a response message including the result of the execution of the Web service from the server device; and a response reflecting part for reflecting the result of the execution of the Web service on a response node for storing the result of the Web service in the first tree structure. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide whether or not a plurality of screens to be successively displayed by the processing of a program satisfy specifications without executing the program. SOLUTION: This system stores a first schemer for deciding the specifications of a first picture, a second schemer for deciding the specifications of a second picture and an event for switching display by a program from the first screen to the second screen. At first, a partial program to be executed according to an event generated during the display of the screen based on the first schemer is extracted from a program based on the first schemer and the event. Then, an intermediate program for searching the set of pictures to be displayed according to the event generated during the display of the screens belonging to the set of the screens based on the first schemer is generated from the set of the screens on the basis of the partial program. Then, it is decided that under such conditions that the first screen is based on the first schemer, and that the set of the screens to be obtained by applying an intermediate program to the first schemer is based on the second schemer, those screens satisfy the specifications. There is provided a system for adjusting a work schedule by sending email to employees who are not due to work to request them to change the work schedule if the number of employees due to work is less than a required number of employees. The system includes a receiver for receiving at least one application concerning a work schedule from an employee terminal and storing the at least one received application; a required-number-of-employees storage unit for storing a required number of employees at work; a calculator for calculating a number of employees due to work by accumulating the at least one received application; a determining unit for determining whether the number of employees due to work is less than the required number of employees; a selector for selecting at least one employee who is not due to work on a basis of the at least one store application if the number of employees due to work is less than the required number of employees; and a requester for sending a request to the at least one selected employee to change the work schedule.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of processing of an answer to inquiry, in a system, a method and a program, for supporting answering to the inquiry received from a user. SOLUTION: This system for supporting that a help desk answers the inquiry received from the user of an information provision site having a plurality of screens has: a reception part for receiving requirement of display of a second screen including an operation object for performing the inquiry by the user from a terminal device of the user displayed with a first screen; a generation part for generating screen transition information showing transition of the screen displayed on the terminal device at least by use of identification information of the first screen; an insertion part for inserting the screen transition information into the second screen such that transmission to an inquiry destination is performed according to operation of the operation object by the user; and a transmission part for transmitting the second screen inserted with the screen transition information to the terminal device.
