Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread fastening number management method and management apparatus, dispensing with a vibration analysis device using an expensive acceleration sensor by taking the sound of a specific pattern such as a clink generated when a toggle mechanism of a torque wrench is operated as a clue. SOLUTION: This thread fastening number management apparatus is used in a torque wrench including a torque bar, which operates at every completion of thread fastening at a predetermined torque value to generate sound of a specific pattern. The apparatus includes: a detecting means for detecting sound generated by the torque bar to output an electric signal corresponding to the sound; a determination means for analyzing the electric signal and analyzing the presence/absence of sound of the specific pattern to determine whether or not one thread fastening is completed; an integrating means for integrating the number of threads completing fastening every time fastening of one thread is determined to be completed by the determination means and outputting the integrated value; and a power supply means including a battery or a power storage means for supplying required power to the detecting means, the determination mean and the integrating means. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact wrench which does not cause troubles, such as so-called "reverse blow", "sliding blow", "double blow", etc. SOLUTION: The impact wrench is configured such that the frictional resistance between a bearing portion and a rotary-hammer supporting element is regulated so as to rotate the rotary-hammer supporting element together with a driver with the rotation of the driver and so as to prevent the co-rotation when the resistant force due to the impact has been applied, and an impact receiving portion corresponding to an impact portion in the reversed rotational direction of the hammer is formed on an anvil so as to be positioned on the reversed rotational direction side from the maximum rebound position for the impact portion in the reversed rotational direction after the impact in the ordinary usage state. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stable impact force over a long period of time by preventing frictional loss caused between the cam face of a driver as a rotational force transmitting part in an impact wrench and an engagement piece of a hammer. SOLUTION: In this impact wrench, a disc-shaped driver 3 is integrally rotated by the drive of a motor, the rotation is transmitted through the cam face 3b of a recess 3a formed at the driver 3 to the engagement piece 6c of the hammer 6 opposite to the cam face 3b, thereby rotating the hammer 6 around an anvil drum 4a, and the corner of the hammer 6 is collided with an impact surface 4b formed on the anvil drum 4a to apply a rotary impact force to the anvil drum 4a. A rolling element 7 is rotatably mounted on the cam face 3b of the driver 3, and the rolling element 7 is engaged with the engagement piece 6c of the hammer 6 to transmit a turning force while frictional loss between the cam face 3b and the engagement piece 6c is prevented by rolling the rolling element 7. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrench capable of quickly driving a screw to a seat position with only one wrench and tightening up the screw to a designated torque after seating the seat position. SOLUTION: In a torque wrench A including a main shaft provided with an operating part on a tip and an operating handle part 3 provided to cross the main shaft at a center part thereof, the main shaft is divided in an axial direction into two split bodies 4, 5, and both of the split bodies 4, 5 are relatively rotatably around the main shaft connected via a torsion member 1 having elastic restoring force against torsion around the main shaft, and a torque indication means indicating torque generated in proportion to torsion of the torsion member from a standard position. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade guide apparatus in which a guide member does not shift, its mounting position can easily be changed, and teeth of a blade can be used thoroughly. SOLUTION: A blade mounting part is composed of a cover for covering the blade mounting part attached to an output rod reciprocated by a driving source, and a guide member attached to the cover so as to advance and retreat. The guide member is composed of a guide part for abutting on an object to be machined, and an engage fixing part for fixing the position of the guide part by engaging with engaging holes formed in the cover. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact wrench capable of relaxing vibration in an axial direction without weakening rotation hitting force by a hammer. SOLUTION: The hammer includes a main hammer 6 suitable for an outer periphery of a spindle 5; and a cylindrical sub-hammer 7 arranged so as to cover the main hammer 6 and integrally rotated with the main hammer 6. Further, the sub-hammer 7 is retained by a core retaining means such that run-out motion does not occur in the state that an axis of rotation is coincident with the axis of the spindle 5. If the hammer constitution is adopted, a mass of the main hammer 6 is reduced as compared with the sub-hammer 7 and vibration in the axial direction can be relaxed while maintaining the rotation hitting force.
