Abstract: PURPOSE: A tidal generator is provided to generate electrical power through a generator by employing the speed of seawater whenever the seawater is introduced and flowed off. CONSTITUTION: A tidal generator is operated by: flowing seawater along a tide as the seawater level is raised; flowing the seawater inside channel walls(1,2) by guiding the seawater with a guide wall unit(3); and revolving a hydraulic turbine(9) installed on a buoyant mass(8) at a high speed. Therefore, the tidal generator is started by an axis(10) of the hydraulic turbine to generate electrical power.

CONSTITUTION: A power transmission device (50) for a bicycle comprises a mounting body part (10), a fixing plate (20), a clutch plate (30), and an elastic member. The mounting body part is inserted between a frame (2) and a saddle (3) of a bicycle, and a battery (11) is installed thereon. The fixing plate has a bracket having one side hinged on the mounting body part. A drive wheel (25) for rotating a rear wheel is installed on the other side of the bracket. The clutch plate is hinged on the mounting body part with the fixing plate.
