CONSTITUTION: An air heating device comprises an air heating tank (1), an electric heater (2), a heating pipe (3), an air circulation motor, a solenoid valve (5), and a controller. The air heating tank forms a cool air inflow unit on one side of a side wall of a lower space. The air circulation motor is connected to a heat discharging unit (106) and compulsorily circulates heated air inside the air heating tank to the heating pipe.
