Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a method for preparing a tubular filter, by which provided filter is able to be washed back and open an upflow path not to make contaminants be held thereon and maintain stable water-passing amount and performance for a long period of time, a water-treating filter module, a filtering device and a filtering system by using the same. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of impregnating a tubular woven fabric(10) with a polymer resin mixed solution where a polymer resin(2) is dissolved in a solvent to coat the tubular woven fabric with the polymer resin mixed solution; solidifying the polymer resin coated tubular woven fabric; and washing the solidified tubular woven fabric. The filter module comprises the tubular filter media(4) and a filter media support(3) inserted on the inner part of the tubular filter media to keep the shape of the tubular filter media and freely swinging and vibrating during operation to easily separate contaminants from the surface of the filter media. The filtering device comprises a water tank having a raw water/air inflow flow path, a filtered water discharge flow path and a concentrated water outlet, at least one of spraying nozzle and at least one of the filter module. The filtering system comprises the filtering device, a raw water supply pump, a raw water supply valve, a backwash water supply pump, a filtered water valve and a concentrated water drain valve.
