PURPOSE: RTX toxin and related genes of Vibrio vulnificus responsible for the contact-cytotoxicity and lethality to animals are provided, thereby producing mutant strain with attenuated cytotoxicity by deletion of the cytotoxicity related genes. CONSTITUTION: The mutant strain with attenuated cytotoxicity is produced by deletion of one or more genes in RTX operon of Vibrio vulnificus which are selected from rtxB2 gene of SEQ ID NO:5, rtxD gene of SEQ ID NO:7, rtxB1 gene of SEQ ID NO:3, ORF(open reading frame) between the rtxB1 gene and rtxC protein of SEQ ID NO:11; rtxC gene of SEQ ID NO:9 and rtxA gene of SEQ ID NO:1. An alive vaccine against Vibrio vulnificus is produced by using the RTX toxin production deficient mutant strain.

PURPOSE: A postprocessing method for detecting a keyword of a voice recognition system is provided to improve discrimination for verifying validity of keywords, thereby preventing erroneously detected keywords from being admitted. CONSTITUTION: Voice data is inputted to a keyword detector(S10). The keyword detector detects keywords from the input voice data for obtaining interval information and probability of the detected keywords(S20). A phoneme recognizer analyzes the keyword interval information for deciding an interval of each phoneme and calculates the phoneme unit probability at intervals corresponding to the phonemes(S30). A phoneme interval estimator defines a phoneme model by the phoneme interval information decided by a word recognizer, defines a half-phoneme model by the phoneme interval information decided by the phoneme recognizer, and estimates phoneme intervals based on the phoneme interval information(S40). A similarity comparator calculates a phoneme model probable value and a half-phoneme probable value in each phoneme interval, and calculates an ACM(Anti-filler Confidence Measure) capable of comparing the similarity of the phoneme model and the half-phoneme model(S50). A validity discriminator compares the ACM with a threshold(S60). If the ACM exceeds the threshold, the validity discriminator admits the validity of the keyword(S70). If the ACM is lower than the threshold, the validity discriminator does not admit the validity of the keyword(S80).

PURPOSE: A mobile communication-based voice recognition system and method are provided to prevent the performance of voice recognition from being deteriorating due to distorted voice in a communication channel. CONSTITUTION: An exchange(200) allows a call connection and data transmission between a mobile terminal(100) and a voice recognition server(300). The voice recognition server(300) provides a service to a user according to a voice recognition performance result by a post-processing unit(310). A pattern matching unit(311) obtains a matching probability or a distance of each word by comparing a specific vector column received from the mobile terminal(100) with a word model stored in a word model database(312). An acknowledgement determining unit(313) selects a word with the lowest probability or a word with the closest distance, verifies whether the recognized word is an actually pronounced word, and outputs a corresponding result.

PURPOSE: A method for controlling an angle of a silicon carbide mesa sidewall is provided to control the angle of the silicon carbide mesa sidewall by using one of quartz or alumina or anodized aluminum. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode material of ICP-RIE(Inductive Coupled Plasma-Reactive Ion Etching) is formed by using one of quartz, alumina, and anodized aluminum(S100). An angle of a silicon carbide mesa sidewall is controlled according to each process variable by using the lower electrode material(S200). The process variables include bias power, oxygen fraction, an interval between an ICP coil and a sample, the lower electrode material, and reactive gas used for the etching process.

PURPOSE: A method for degrading the waste polymer is provided, to degrade the waste polymer into small molecules by using ozone without using an expensive catalyst or without pyrolysis. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of dissolving the waste polymer in a solvent; and injecting ozone at a high temperature to degrade the waste polymer into small molecules. The waste polymer is the thermoplastic polymer generated from the plastic industry as by-products. Preferably the solvent is selected from the group consisting of ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol, methanol, water and trichlorobenzene; the reaction is performed at a temperature of 110-150 deg.C for 1-6 hours, and the concentration of ozone is 50-1,000 ppm based on 1 g of the waste polymer. Preferably the small molecules have a molecular weight of 50-35,000 Dalton.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for detecting a topic of a voice recognition system are provided to increase discrimination by increasing the number of components of a basic analysis unit, thereby reducing an error of topic detection. CONSTITUTION: If voice data is inputted to an apparatus for detecting a topic, a phoneme recognizer(100) recognizes phonemes from the input voice data. A key string detector(110) separately packs the recognized phonemes for integrating the phonemes by the base analysis unit. A topic comparator(120) calculates the probability of the basic analysis unit that the basic analysis unit appears from topic data of trained data preliminarily memorized, and judges appropriateness of each topic by the probability of appearance for granting a score. A topic detector(130) detects topics more than a preliminarily set threshold in the score-granted topics.

PURPOSE: Provided are RS 4 type crosslinked resistant starch increasing the yield of resistant starch by annealing raw starch and adding a surfactant, and a process for producing the crosslinked resistant starch. CONSTITUTION: The crosslinked resistant starch is produced by the process comprising the steps of: controlling the concentration of the raw starch to be 10-50% and annealing at 10-70deg.C for 1-48 hours; shaking the annealed starch in a constant temperature water tank with 30-50deg.C for 5-20 minutes and adding 0.1-0.5wt% of the surfactant and reacting for 1-16 hours: adding 5-20wt% of sodium sulfate and mixing and shaking for 10-40 minutes and adding 10-20wt% of a crosslinking agent such as sodium trimetaphosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate and shaking for 10-30 minutes and adjusting pH to be 10.5-11.5 with 1N NaOH and reacting for 3-5 hours; neutralizing the resultant starch with HCl and washing with water four times or more and drying in an oven with 30-50deg.C and performing abrasion.

PURPOSE: A method of controlling a telephone system having jamming prevention and secret call functions is provided to transceive data instead of a voice calling by the secret call function, and to transceive data through encoder/decoder only between callers by an encoding algorithm for voice data, then to inform on a jamming and a wiretapping by checking an impedance and data errors, so as to maintain secret calls. CONSTITUTION: A CODEC(10) converts analog voice signals into digital signals or converts digital signals into analog voice signals. A micro controller(20) randomly modulates data through an encoding key transceived between callers, or demodulates the modulated data, and controls signals of a keypad(30) or a display device(40). The keypad(30) transmits signals to the micro controller(20) by pressing a telephone number of the other party. The display device(40) receives a signal for displaying a telephone number of a caller from the micro controller(20). A modem(50) transmits a modulated signal of the micro controller(20) to a DAA(Data Access Arrangement)(60), or receives a signal of the DAA(60) to transmit the signal to the micro controller(20). The DAA(60) transmits the signal received from the modem(50) to a PSTN.

CONSTITUTION: A signal input part(10) receives electric signals of on and off forms from relay switches and a pulse train signal from an electric field object of a car. The signal discrimination part(20) discriminates whether an input signal of an electric field object of a car from the signal input part(10) is in an on, off, and open state. A pulse sensing part(30) senses a signal outputted from the signal discrimination part(20). A logic circuit(40) generates a driving signal which is used for displaying on a display in an electronic equipment of a car. An LED(60) receives a driving signal from the logic circuit(40) and visibly displays whether the pulse train signal from an electric field object of a car is normal.
