Abstract: PURPOSE: A somatic cell reducing agent is provided to reduce the number of somatic cells from raw milk by activating the metabolism immune function of mammals. CONSTITUTION: A somatic cell reducing agent for raw milk contains 45~65wt% of SiO2, 3~25wt% of Al2O3, 3~25wt% of Fe2O3, 2~20wt% of CaO, 1~15wt% of MgO, 2~15wt% of K2O, and 1~10wt% of Na2O. The somatic cell reducing agent additionally contains 10~100mg/kg of Co, 10~50mg/kg of Se, and 50~500mg/kg of Zn.

Abstract: 본 고안은 각종 육류나 생선 등을 굽거나 훈제요리하는 구이장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하부로 갈수록 좁게 경사진 호퍼형상의 받침부몸체가 구비되고 상기 받침부몸체의 바닥판 가운데부분에는 통상의 가열수단이 장착되는 하부받침부와, 상부로 갈수록 좁게 경사진 호퍼형상으로 상기 받침부몸체의 내측 상부에 일정간격 이격되게 안착되는 안착부몸체가 구비되며 상기 안착부몸체의 하부 외곽 둘레에는 수직상방으로 절곡된 상태로 다수개의 하부통기공이 일정간격으로 천공된 절곡면이 형성되어 있고 상기 절곡면의 상단부에는 외측으로 단턱을 형성한 상태로 안착부수직판이 고정부착되어 있으며 상기 안착부수직판에는 다수개의 상부통기공이 일정간격으로 천공된 중간안착부와, 상기 안착부몸체의 상면판 위에 일정간격 이격되게 올려지는 중앙그릴과 상기 안착부몸체의 경사진 상면부 위에 일정간격 이격되게 올려지면서 중앙그릴을 방사상으로 감싸는 다수개의 측면그릴로 되어 있되 상기 가열수단으로부터의 열기가 중간안착부의 하부통기공과 상부통기공을 통해 나뉘어진 상태로 순환공급되어 중앙그릴과 다수개의 측면그릴 위에 올려지는 고기류의 상하부를 동시에 가열하는 그릴부와, 상기 중간안착부의 상부를 덮어 내부의 열기나 연기가 순환되면서 연통을 통해 배출되도록 하는 상부덮개부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 훈제요리가 가능한 열기순환식 고기구이장치에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: A waste treatment system is provided to treat odor, gas, water vapor and leachate efficiently by collecting leachate, odor, gas and water vapor generated from the fermentation process and performing a water removing process, a microorganism deodorizing process, an incinerating and deodorizing process and a leachate treating process on the collected materials. A waste treatment apparatus(1) includes: a suction unit(10) for sucking odor, gas and water vapor generated from a waste fermentation process; a water removing unit(20) for removing the condensed water by spraying liquid particles onto the odor, gas and water vapor supplied through the suction unit, thereby condensing water; a microorganism deodorizing unit(30) for removing residual odor and gas flown in through the water removing unit by adsorbing and degrading actions of microorganisms; an incinerating and deodorizing unit(40) for heating and burning residual odor and gas flown in through the microorganism deodorizing unit to remove the residual odor and gas; a condensate water purifying unit(50) for supplying condensate water generated in the water removing unit to a pumping station to purify the condensate water by an aeration action and water purifying aquatic plants; and a leachate treating unit for collecting leachate generated in the fermentation process to generate a liquefied fertilizer and purify the leachate.
