Abstract: A vegetation gabion using a buoyant member is provided to make various forms which a user wants by connecting buoyant members and to reduce manufacture cost by having simple structure. A vegetation gabion using a buoyant member comprises a gabion, a buoyant member, a vegetative plant and a root-proof cover. The gabion(10) is made of a wire net which is waterproof-processed to prevent infiltration of water and has a lid part on the top. The buoyant member(20) is inserted into the inside of the gabion and a groove and a plurality of waterway holes are punched on the upper part of the buoyant member. The vegetative plant(24) is planted in soil filled with the groove part formed on the upper part of the buoyant member. The root-proof cover is installed between the gabion and the buoyant member to prevent a root from being exposed to outside and is made of non-woven.
