The manufacturing method of the hot water extracts from the Salix koreensis comprises following steps. An extracts is obtained from a root and a stem or a body of the Salix koreensis. The body of the Salix koreensis is treated with the extracts of the Salix koreensis in 35-45 °C for 5-10 days. The extract is obtained from the extracts-treated Salix koreensis, matured for 2-4 days at a room temperature. The matured extract is injected as 20L rate in 1 tone of natural water.
