    Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydrostat is provided to achieve improved use convenience and safety by automatically discharging gas from the gas container when the pressure in the gas container has reached a predetermined level and lowering the internal pressure of the gas container. CONSTITUTION: A gas discharge passage(71) is formed in a gas passage connected to a gas injection port, and connected to a sealed chamber(72) formed in a leg of a governor valve(7). A sealing shaft is mounted in the sealed chamber, and a sealing member is mounted at the top of the sealing shaft. A compression spring(76) is mounted at the outer bottom of the sealing member. When the pressure in a gas container(2) has reached a predetermined level, and the gas container is released by a safety device so as to extinguish the flame generated by the gas emitted from the gas container. The gas is evacuated from the gas container at the moment where the internal pressure of the gas container continues to rise after extinguishment of the flame and the gas container is deformed, to thereby prevent explosion of the gas container.

CONSTITUTION: A mount cap(1) is combined with the upper part of a pressure container, and fixing and expanding parts are stepped in an assembling part(1a) of the mount cap. The outside of a packing(5) is pressed and fixed between the fixing part of the mount cap and the upper part of a valve housing(2), and a space part is formed in the expanding part to bend the packing up. Plural protrusions are formed in a protruded part of a stem(3), and discharge passages are formed between protrusions to discharge pressure in bending the packing against overpressure. The upper part of the mount cap is spaced from the protruded part of the stem. The pressure container is used safely by automatically discharging pressure with bending the packing in increasing the internal pressure.

The components are replaced and gas is recharged by simply separating the holder cap from the placing unit.
